I'm more impressed by the fact that he still has all his toes.
you can see the zinc coating, that is galvanised steel, not stainless
i keep looking for stainless steel but all i see is galvanized sheet
BZP
and really flimsy in thicknes...
Flowing example of craftsmanship and economy of motion. A treat to witness.
Such a pleasure to watch a true artisan work.😊😊
Thank you very much!
This is not stainless steel, but zinc plated one. Stainless steel can not be soft soldered. Anyway, good job!
Ok, thanks
Hi Friend
SS especially thin sheet for making fabricated sign letters is always soft soldered.
Also stainless steel might be too expensive for him
Agreed but the workmanship is amazing, peace
My dear he is making only jug & funnel for measring for mobile oil & carosine oil for shop this material is GI sheet and easy to mold This skilld man is not clamed that I am using stainless material

Effort, skill, practice and patience feeds his family. A true craftsman and if we take time to watch and learn, he can teach us many things!
But not stainless steel.

Its not that easy cutting with our bare hands..and he did it so good..with so much respect .
Thanks
Thankyou for showing this fascinating insight , into how so many utilitarian products were made two centuries ago . All the tools appear to be home made. Its an inspiration to anyone who would like to return to those times when sturdy, long- lasting and well designed products, were made in every village .
a real skilled tin smith, id buy some if i could
Thanks
Hope he enjoys his work.
🙂✨
Please, will someone get that man some safety sandals? 🙂
🙂✨
Now that’s one craftsmanship

Very well said
Why isn’t he wearing his safety sandals?🤔
I used to do work like that. Still have all my forming books
Fabulous skills were a real pleasure to watch. I love the simple way they make rivets.
Thank you very much!
Grazie
❤❤
This was Birmingham England 200 years ago.
Brilliant workmanship great video
Thanks 😀
Respect, a very skilled gentleman 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank You
Economy of effort. Great viewing.
Thanks
Not sure if I'm more amazed with the use of trees or the use of a nut to start the rivet set. True skill with limited equipment. Sad that I am sure his skill is not being passed on to younger people.
Facts
I hope next generation has better opportunity to live better life, for all his honest hard work poor man is living in poverty

Awesome 👍
Having worked in sheet metal with and tools, I was cringing that the thought that his hands must be hamburger from all of the burrs and sharp edges. No gloves?
I was thinking the same thing - no deburring carried out at all. Imagine picking one of those things up and slicing your hand open !
you a hard working and very skilled man.awsome work.bless you. USA
Many many thanks
My dad will sell a jug to China for 1 Rupee, and China will sell tp USA dealer for $10 and USA dealer will sell it to a rich customer for $100, my Dad must work harder and make at ;east 100 jugs so he can buy slice of bread pickle mango. and to feed me and my five sister, he must make at least 1200 jugs. What a beautiful capitalist free World we live in, If only I could immigrate to Chine, I will work 26 hours a day like my dad, but at least I will get some food to eat sometimes.
🙋🏼♂️🙌🏻muito bom irmão parabéns pelo seu trabalho 🙌🏻👍🏻🇧🇷
Thanks
My back hurts just watching this :)
Amazing a whole life working with bended knies and sometimes sitting on yer heels. The ground as workbench
Thee is a silver tin mix to solder stainless steel steel And a specially activator like s 39
Absolutely!
Amazing 😍
Thanks
Awesome!
Thanks!
Whether it's stainless or not doesn't matter, what matters is the craftsmanship achieved with so simple tools. These people don't get to sit early in the morning at a breakfast table with 10 pan cakes and a 1kg slice of steak. That is why they can work.
It matters to me, if the title is misleading. I don't blame the man at all. He does his work fine.
Imagine the old guy got a cnc laser cut
Stainless steel can be soft soldered, but it's a pain in the ass as it needs lots of corrosive zinc chloride/ ammonium chloride flux & it usually defeats the purpose of using stainless steel especially now that Chinese factories have become the maestros of cheap thin wall stainless production,
like all the water bottles you see.
Sorry but you are wrong you can soft solder stainles
Master. Respect.
Thanks
Thank you so much
I wonder how long it takes before you quit slicing your feet open?
I had 3 cuts on my hands from just watching this video
My dad is so skillful, I will buy him litre of fuel as a treat
✨🙂
it is tin galvanised steel (not Zinc galvanised)
✨🙂

It's not stainless steel, it's galvanized.
✨🙂
A professional worker - I wish he had used gloves to protect his hands - may ALLAH protect him and bless his work
Thank you
It's litre not liter!!!
Soldering stainless steel.., Yeah right.
✨🙂
He works on the floor because the crap he makes doesnt sell well enouvh to afford him a table
Seriously?
Total lies, from the thumbnaik to the content.
Back in the day, american highschools had trade skill shops where teenaged boys (young men) did far better work as students.
We have yt videos that show how to do this AND do it better.
Also, thay ain't stainless! Maybe galvanized or maybe tin plate sheet steel
THIN sheet steel.
No great skill here. I trained as a tinsmith and a jug like that was a universal exercise. The long seam would be a grooved seam joint (stronger than just hammered), and around the base, a knocked-up joint, formed over a curved "hatchet". All edges would be properly wired. The material here is good, old-fashioned tinplate, not BZP and certainly not stainless steel - though both of those can be easily soldered with the appropriate flux and solder.

No parece acero inox. mas bien lamina galvanizada. Pero muy buen trabajo.
Thanks
