Excellent example of how to utilise a heavy bag.. Not at all about smashing it. Is it possible though that you can film some of his footwork too, I know there's loads of people in the way but getting a full shot of his movement would be great to watch.

Hey man can you explain a little more in detail, I see what your saying. He never utilizes all of his force on the bag but how exactly do you know your form is good on the bag if its not a power punch? My coach told me I should "skate" around the bag because at the moment I bounce often similar to Ali. What does he mean by "skate" ? Lemme know mang!

Pedro Lopez First take some time to cool down after said ass whooping. Go to an MMA gym. Boxing is cool and all but it's a limited sport. You need to learn to use all of your 8 limbs: fists, legs, knees, and elbows. Learn to take people down & to stop a takedown. Like McGregor says, MMA is the purest form of combat. Boxing is not.
Edit: Don't listen to the goofballs that tell you to take Kung Fu or "Bullshido". That shit doesn't work. Forget the "military combat" or whatever this other guy said too.

Al H You do know the military trains to subdue or eliminate a threat as quickly as possible. So, military combat would be the best self defense for the streets. It’s MMA combined with dirty tactics.

temenos58 Exactly, he knows how to throw his punches. I believe he uses for conditioning more than anything else, all the best boxer have a unique approach to preparation and just because it works for Loma doesn't mean it'd work for May.
