Having a title stripped due to steroid use Salido is a dirty SOB in more ways than one. Lawrence Cole is an astonishingly bad referee with several fights where he put fighters health and lives in danger. It's just a mirror image of the whole video makes it look orthodox, he is still in South paw stance.

yat ho Chan lol of course it’s for orthodox fighters to follow along with .. learn from instead of having to switch south paw

Take this “drill” with a grain of salt. Lomo wouldn’t show off his best within 30 mins of a warmup session.

Got to give credit to Loma, he is fighting Lopez a guy 10 years younger probably 10 to 15 pounds bigger and who is also a great fighter. Other fighters like tank Haney Etc. follow the Mayweather safety first stack the cards against the other fighter to win route. These two guys wherever they go from here it’s real and I fabricated and navigate it safely.

Record the fucking feet! How are you going to learn how to fight if you can't even see his foot work
