      Fully packed local drink 🍸. Even with the prekese and the bay leaf 🍃 the taste remained the same. Non of the ingredients out come the other. Just perfect 🥰 💞

    Very nice, The recipe is what I use except for the banana and sugar which doesn’t make it healthier any way also shouldn’t the herbs cook in the hibiscus juice for a bit to marinate? Nice recipe

    Great drink. My concern is why you don’t get another fruit in place of the apples as they are not local and look miserable after the have stood in the tropical sun.

      You have to infact sobolo played a major role during the early days of covid test. That dark thing is call locally know prekese and the English names Aidan fruit... I think you can only find some in the afroshops

    I never added pepper and bay leaves🤔. I add pear 🍐 (not avocado 🥑)😁 with the other spices. Will have to add them and see what’s up 😄

      Yes, you can exclude the pepper and dry seasoning and use only the fruits and the hisbiscus flower

      The fruit helps to sweeten the drink, it is a better alternative to adding sugar. However, I do agree that apple is not an ideal choice as it is not locally produced, so Ghanaians should focus on consuming produce grown in Ghana at this point.

    Go learn from your AFRICAN Ghanaian bloodlines in Jamaica how to prepare tea instead of preparing strong drug that you think is tea just like how they prepare alcohol on the countryside and thing it is fantastic. Take some ingredient out. LESS IS MORE.
