    Suzanne, your videos have REAL value add. You don't just simply copy what other people have done; you don't just read verbatim from a book; you explain not only how but why, and that's why I love your videos. Thank you so much for the work that you put into your channel, Ravelry and other social media. You are helping and inspiring a lot of people, including me.
    Best wishes from the UK.

    This is awesome as usual! I had issues with the BO in my cardigan cutting into the back of my neck. I was able to do this loose BO with a crochet hook and needle.

    When knitting with the yarn in your right hand, if you bring the yarn over your right forefinger from BACK to FRONT and then down into your palm and holding on to it with your ring and pinky fingers you will have MUCH better control of the yarn.

    This will be helpful. Is there a cast off that incorporates a YO between the stitches to give one the extra yarn needed for stretch?

    • @SuzanneBryan
      @SuzanneBryan  Před 4 lety +1

      Yes, there is, but I wanted to show that you can use the basic bind off to achieve the same results. happy knitting.

    Why does it need to be that stretchy?

    • @MsKarenMR
      @MsKarenMR Před 4 lety

      Hi Leslie. I recently pulled out one of my first sweaters. Suzanne 's technique would have been great around the wrist of my sleeves. And, anywhere where I need the flexibility, like around the hips or on socks, around the ankles.🌻

    • @SuzanneBryan
      @SuzanneBryan  Před 4 lety +1

      Another time that you need stretchy is getting a pullover over a babies head. Or the edge of a lace scarf
