This just proves to people using excuse of they can't get big or train because they can't afford the gym or some other lame excuse. U don't need anything else other than ur body and correct accurate knowledge of the body and right exercises that can help u to build enough upper, lower body and core strength to then be able to do a wide range of calisthenic workouts. With focus, determination, desire and last and most importantly be prepared to work hard and work smart u too also may one day become a Super Sayan like Chris Heria. I'm a recovering addict and am determined to live my life to the fullest and health is my new drug of choice. I pray God allows me to undo some of the damage I've done to myself with care nutrition and that hard work .I was a sportsman, county cricket player professional musician plus a lot more before I got in with ghdcwrong friends at school and things went wrong so I'm happy I have something to work for I know what it's like to feel strong healthy happy and nothing but happy with the life I'm leading. U have inspired me and given me knowledge on how to achieve things which if not explained like u did would seem impossible task. Thank u Chris I'll finish this and continue to watch others you've done. Once drain great full u willing to teach
Who wants to see Chris Heria do some Shaolin Monk training?
me
I wanna see Chris doing this sick handstand on fingers. This is crazy
I want want to see Chris to do that split leg workout
Would love to see Chris Heria take on some of those challenges. I wouldn’t doubt for a second that he would kill it!
I bet it would help his fighting career a lot, hit em with the finger of death lmao
“he must be practicing for valentine’s day, he’s getting those fingers real strong” 😂💀

It's so cool to see him so chill. He has motivated me and changed me completely. Thanks, man.
🙏🙏🙏
Wow I was just thinking the other day how cool it would be to have Chris do some martial arts training since a lot of them are body weight exercises. Nice job man
I always thought you were the strongest and the most dedicated people to do all of that hard stuff like muscle up, handstand push-ups and 90 degree push up until I watch this video 😅😅😅
Me too🤣🤣, but dang he had a good respect 🔥
You have to watch Olympic level ring gymnasts.
And then you see little kids surpass his level 😅
The flexibility from what I've read/ been told is from something called Tong Zi Gong. When they use their fingers in terms of Conditioning I've heard it's called Diamond finger. The Iron Palm I've done myself for a few years is similar to building muscle. You progress slowly in striking various bags filled with usually rice then beans then gravel and eventually iron fillings. You also need a special medicine called Dit Da Jow which helps rebuild the damage done. During this training the bones get "micro fractures" and with the proper medicine heal and get stronger. It takes alot of dedication but it's worth it.
Hey bro What is dit da job and where can I get this?
童子功 tong zi gong is the work out for children for develop agility and flexibility to be good in martials arts later。 Tong zi means boy, and gong means work
@@voisx yeah I know I have the manual for it. It's pretty cool I would say it should be done by more people but it's a bit intense for the average person in all honesty
This man doesn't help us only on how to improve our body and health but he also makes us laugh and have an enjoyable time with those type of videos, thanks Chris😁
Keep up the great work. My son and I love following your workouts!
“I need to take my son over there” that had me dead 😂. Nice video brotha
Been following ur workouts for a year now and it has transformed my body completely. Thank you so much for the motivation.

I used to do Shaolin Kung fu and my Shifu used to train and live at the Shaolin temple in China. The amount of crazy stories he has and there’s no doubt he is the strongest person I’ve met athletically, mentally and being able to handle himself.
They’re beasts 💪🏽🔥
Masters of self control and strength
Lets goo love this series Mr.Heria❤️🔥

Yo Chris what’s good , I’ve been training with your various workout and diet plans for about 5 months now, and for the last two weeks I’ve been doing most of my workouts with a 15kg weighted vest. I workout twice a day for about 1.5hrs per workout routine. Thanks to you I’ve achieved that dream body I always wanted and I just wanna thank you man. If I hadn’t stumbled on your channel and seen all the crazy stuff you do I would’ve stayed the same with no motivation for change at all. You showed me the beauty of fitness man. Keep goin
I love the reactions and jokes Chris did, gave me a good laugh good stuff Chris ty for the vid
Hahaha yea second time I'm watching this, both inspiring to see him being humbled and hilarious with his jokes
Bro thanks to your videos I managed to achieve my goals thanks for the content Brother💪
Great vid again Chris really man! I'm really amazed what those shaolin monks can do. Really amazing!
Dope video Chris! Keep up the great content💪
The backflop, or back slap down, is training for when they are thrown onto the ground in a real fight. It conditions them and helps them to be prepared to continue fighting after hitting the ground.
I remember seeing that monk doing the one finger handstand live in person when I was a kid. He came to New York to demonstrate in front of live audience. They picked random people from the audience to inspect. Another crazy thing is they said he could do the one finger handstand without leaning against a wall when he was young. As you can see from the video, he was already quite old.
What I took from those clips is the perfect form, disciplined AF.
Most of the times I do, but this kids motivated me to ALWAYS execute perfection. No lazy sloppy shit.
Love seeing Chris hería making these videos keep it up Chris 🔥
"He must be practicing for valentine's day" Lmfao 🤣🤣
Those were some mad skills, keep up the great content chris! 🔥🔥
hi chris, i really appreciate their work .cheers bro

Chris being humble 💯👊🏼
those guys dedication, skill and strength is something of gods 🔥🔥
Love this. Such cute and funny reactions. Please do more of these. 😄 love it
I lived and trained with them in Northern China for over a year. They are as insane as they seem in the videos and even more, I’ve witnessed a lot. I have to mention that the bricks they break are nothing like the solid bricks we have in the west. I manage to break 5 in a row once but my hands got all bloody and I could never have done it with only my index regardless, but yeah they break easier.
Another thing or course is that a lot of them are broken after a certain age(25 to 30s) and they just teach but their bodies are permanently injured. Still tho, even if they are injured and older their bodies can do superhuman shit guys. Best year and best training I ever had.
Chris hero is takin entertainment to a whole anotha level 🤝💯
I would 100% LOVE to see you do more martial arts vlogs!
Yo this stuff is crazy. Great video bro! Keep up the great work! Been looking into the Orange 35lb Heria weight vest. I'm so close to getting it and I'm so excited! Mad love!🔥🔥🔥

You’re my motivation in starting my channel! I can’t wait to grow & be at least half the inspirational person that you are!

Hey Chris your workouts are really helping.....All your workouts are just awesome 🔥.....Also please one video on HOW TO START CALISTHENICS AND SOME EXERCISES U SHOULD MASTER BEFORE STARTING IT .....hope u will consider my comment ...LOVE FROM INDIA 🇮🇳♥
yesss i would LOVE a video on that
Thank you for the inspiration! I see a video, immediatetly start working out afterwards!
Love the Shaolin style. Mayne very inspiring also. Definitely makes you want to work out
I’d love to watch “Chris Heria Reacts to B-Boy Skills”. There are a lot of incredible moves in B-Boying besides Flare and Airflare such as Floats (UFO, Merry-Go-Round, Jackhammers, Darkhammers, etc), Halos, Criticals and more that I haven’t listed. He could look up Junior, Tata, Kastrito, Kujo and a lot more that I also haven’t listed.
There is a reason to everything they train for. Example, when Chris questioned why the monks keep on falling to the ground on purpose; well, they are practicing to break their fall. When your aggressor hits you resulting in a fall to the ground, you will be trained to land safely without smashing your head on the ground. So yeah, every skill training has it’s purpose.
No matter what the others can do... You are still the best!! Keep going beast!!
Loving this new review series 🔥🔥🔥🙌🙌
I’ve trained w Shaolin for a single afternoon - it was crazy - the typical experience for all first timers was you’d push your body until you literally pass out!
I do martial arts and I've always thought it would be awesome to see Chris Heria do it, especially Kung fu training. You should totally try and try a 'form/kata' (when they combine moves together) It's fun cardio! I do think it's too young to start training that hard but I guess they've been doing it for centuries so it must not be that bad.
Man chris knows kingfu he knows alot of secrets that he can't talk about how he really learned his moves
Personally I don't think it's too young. The younger the better as kids pick up skills much faster, they are more flexible and they have more energy, they have to learn those motor skills early and retain them as an adult. As long as the kid is willing. People get their kids in sports, gymnastics, mma in the west as early as 5 too. But I can tell these kids training are MUCH MORE INTENSE. Their lifestyle is not like in any first world country. They don't know videogames, TV, internet, tech, visual entertainment so they won't get distracted. Which is good imo and more kids should not get exposed to visual distractions too early.
Hi Chris! Looks like it is time for you to pack your bags! To travel on over to learn something new, from Monks! Keep up the fantastic content! 🙌🏼💪🏼✌🏼
I love your videos man it helped me a lot !!!!
The guy who fell repeatedly on his back near the end, that training conditions you for getting thrown in a fight. You’d need the conditioning if your opponent was skilled in San Shou or a similar art. In those arts, the ground essentially becomes a weapon. The conditioning helps you to fall correctly and strengthens your body for high impacts.
"Must be practicing for Valentine's day" 😂😂😂😂
Heck yeah watching this videos is like chilling with you. And that's just fun . Thanks Chris. From North Dakota . Andrew.
Great video as always Chris! 🔥
You should try some Shoalin training too!
Hey chris i am 17 years old from India
I can do a tulked knee L sit hold for 20 sec but cannot do the next progression one leg in one leg out L sit hold..
Please suggest me a proper progression to achieve one of the calisthenics fundamental - L sit hold.
Could honestly not think of a more crazy way to work out 💪🔥
Very nice Video, loving the format of reacting. Keep it up!
Not Just looking strong acutely Bing strong....💥💕
Love form India 🇮🇳

Chris said it clearly, "they know something that we don't". Well in our western society we think we are the ones who know almost anything with our sacred cience, but when you actually see what other people do you realize we are not really wise, just arrogant.
Thanks Crhis for sharing this and your knowledge!
Exactly the person that says something is impossible to do should not stop the person doing it...
@@doaldox True, they are talking about them, not about you
These Videos always make my day you inspire me
These videos is the thing we need
Bro, currently working on having my 10-15 pull ups (my max is 8)so ive been grinding hard in the australians 💪🏼 do u think that I can start using some weight in my pull ups to have more reps?
And I have a weight belt, so its kinda akward to do australians with a weight on my waist 😂😂😂 should i put it on my chest or some thing?
I’m not Chris unfortunately, but remember to really control the tempo - it’s not always about numbers, 15 rapid and poor form pull ups are much worse than 5 slow, brilliant control and good form pulls. The numbers will come with time.
I’d recommend yeah add some weight training in there, and also look at grease the groove (I got insanely good at pull ups with grease the groove (10 sets of 10 in a workout)). But weights should help - add like 2.5kg to start. Aussie pull ups will only help to a point, they help build the strength for a pull up, but won’t get you more and more pull ups after a point. Train the pull up, include negatives and 1.5 reps, and look for the weak part of your pull up. If it’s the bottom, the initial pull, then train scapular pull ups, if it’s the top aspect, getting to chin up above the bar, then train 1.5 reps with a pause.
@@liamsir6246 cool answer bro! i will be using the tips! 💪
As a 4 year old Shaolin monk I can confirm that training fingers is the most crucial thing in my training regiment. You’ll get there someday.
