Awesome bro, the pullover is a good big stretch for me. Can stretch the triceps as well. I tend to use the EZ bar as I’ve banged my head a few times using a dumbbell. Let me know how you get on with the movement 💪

Are most of those weights makeshift/selfmade? They look awesome. Crazy range of motion on those skullcrushers, those would be too hardcore for me haha.
actually he was not doin the triceps here with skullcrushers, he was doin lat pullover with ez-bar dude...😋😋🤗
Thanks dude, I’ve kinda adapted the equipment I have to accommodate holding more weight on dumbbell rows. I’ve put grown some of the weights I have and I’ve learned how to adapt them. @2011persol is correct I’m doing a lat pullover and it does stretch the triceps but it grows your back 💪
