      @@mxdaddy any issues with the intake? Did it cause a check engine light?

    What did you do with the little hose that was on the front of the factory air box? Where does it go now?

    I have a 2018 vw Passat Rline and my stock intake has a mass flow sensor on it and I want the AEM intake system, every video I’ve seen doesn’t show the mass flow sensor on the top like how it is on my car, Any advice? or if you’re car did have a mass flow sensor on the stock intake.

    What’s the best way to get the coupler reducer onto the turbo. I think my install is not sitting right causing codes. I get mine onto the turbo and tighten it correctly. Once it’s on and I look at it another time the screw has moved around the coupler. I installed twice and can’t seem to get it to hold right. Thx!

    Hey is it the same for a 2014 Passat 1.8L engine? Like the same steps to install it?

    Sounds Like You Have A Timing Chain loose,(TICKING NOISE) is that true? That’s how my 14 VW PASSAT TSI ENGINE sound minus the intake noise.

      Not loose. This engine sounds that way, only when you're under the hood.

    What did you do about the secondary induction line?

    • @mxdaddy
      @mxdaddy  Před 2 lety

      It fixes to the front pipe just to the passenger side of the block plate. At 12:33 you see it getting plugged into the pipe.

    3:21 I’m copying the metal heat shield.
    You can use any flat sheets pvc, plastic, metal, those big ac metal tubes just flatten one out you get the idea
