I have a question , after completion of the course, taking the exams is mandatory before starting job hunting ?or you can get a job without the certification?

At Glencoco, training is provided for each campaign, allowing you to work on them after successfully passing mock calls. This process typically takes 2-3 days and involves about 2-3 hours of work in total. While you don't receive an official certification, you can add this training experience to your resume under the Education section, as it is relevant and suitable.

At Shift Group, you complete comprehensive training and receive a certificate upon completion. Afterward, they begin marketing you to their partners. Additionally, you can also market yourself independently at any time.

I can't speak specifically for Course Career since I didn't go through the program, but I believe it's most pragmatic to start applying before you finish. The job-seeking process can be lengthy, and the sooner you start, the sooner you can land something.
