🫖 indulge in your personal interests with grace. Finding new hobbies and enjoying the childlike feeling of self expression that isn’t valued based on skill, but simply the joy of curiosity & exploration.
🫖 set small personal goals every week | create a reward system for yourself. You journaled, so reward yourself with a fruit smoothie. You cleaned up right after. So reward yourself with a nap outside in the sun, or reading your favorite book. You’re rested, so reward yourself for having more energy, with a lil workout. And so on… lol this is just how my brain works. 😭
🫖 Know that you ain’t gonna be alone forever. This is just a recharge. A regrounding. You’re sprucing up your self confidence, and balancing your emotions before blossoming back out into the world. You’re attracting people who are for you now that you’re showing your real self, that you worked in with care while you were alone.
