This is great!! My feet are super tense. The toe stretch was impossible for me at first, but after a couple of months of diligent toe stretching, I can get 2-3 full breaths in it. Progress :)

I frequently am awakened in the middle of the night (violently,) with a cramped muscle, that goes from the underside of my big toe all the way up to my inner calf. There not really help for it other than to throw myself out of bed and try, gently, to flatten my big toe and the rest of my toes to the floor! Im going to be doing this stretch after every yoga practice to see if this helps. Thanks so much!
can this sequence be done by someone who has had ankle surgery?
I have poor ankle mobility? Will this help?
What about thise wth severe deformities ib the feet like sufferes of bunions and related feet and ankles and legs issues..would it still be ok to do these exercises?? I felt a lot of pain especially in the first exercise as well as the second..do you recommend keeping on stretching them till they get softer cause they are so stiff and sore.

+May Mufeez I would first distinguish between pain and tightness. If there is real pain, then I would stop. It should feel like an intense stretch if your feet are tight and if it goes past that into pain then no I wouldn't recommend these exercises. Go really gentle at first and don't push too much. thanks for watching!

What is first position called?
i got ankle and toe fingers tense from driving and got stuck in traffic jam , following your exercise are helping but i feel so difficult and feel painful when try to do the 2:35 pose , lol , as if my muscle and joint are so tense and freezed , hahahaha
I'm not very flexible. My butt was nowhere near my feet on the first one. I couldn't even do the 2nd one, like at all. I can do the last one.
What's a fat friendly not flexible in heckin lots of pain version?
Can this be done with a strained muscle?
Why when I sit back on the first excersise my right hip touches my right foot but my left hip doesn't touch my left foot?
