- अगर आपको खाना खाने के बाद पेट फूला हुआ लगता है , खट्टी डकारे आती है , पूरे समय पेट कसा हुआ महसूस होता है और बेचैनी होती है तो आज का वीडियो आप लोगों के लिए है
Do's and Don'ts after meals
1. भोजन के तुरंत बाद चाय का सेवन न करें ( 1 घंटे के बाद कर सकते हैं ) I Stop having tea immediately after eating (after 1 hour)
2. भोजन के तुरंत बाद फलों का सेवन न करें ( 2 घंटे के बादकर सकते हैं ) I Do not consume fruits immediate after meal (after 2 hours)
3. भोजन करते समय पानी न पियें (20 मिनट बाद पी सकते हैं ) I Do not drink water while eating ( can drink after 20 min )
4. खाने के तुरंत बाद स्नान न करें (कम से कम 1 घंटा प्रतीक्षा करें) I Do not take shower immediately after eating (wait for 1 hour at least)
5. खाने के तुरंत बाद न सोएं I Do not sleep immediately after eating

I didnot watch early this video guessing that I might hear same as other was saying,
But my god what technique you teach specially doing table top , I think it is completely different than rest of other

I am the first person who invented the machine/chair for vajrasana...know matter how heavy or aged person is...they can sit and perform vajrasana for straight 15mints to half n hr without any pain on calf muscle and thighs...and even my chair cure all knees,thighs and calf muscles pain or problem..u can even avoid major surgery like knee cap and other...
Please tell me how u do vajrasan on chair
