I have an old ankle injury that's caused me pain during the season shifts (when its changing in temp) for more than 10 years now. And doing yoga that focuses on an ankles has help my pain by an increasable amount! I'm able to move it almost as much as my other foot and with almost no pain at all, and its only been a week!
The old saying "if you don't use it, you lose it." is completely correct, keeping fit and making sure to stretch is so important and I'm glad I found your video because you give such clear instructions and go at a very reasonable pace.

This was all that I needed. Can you also show how to make entire dorsal muscles (from ankle to calf muscles to thigh muscles) flexible? It pains during asanas like paschimotanasan
