      YES!! This is the foot mobility routine my mom needs! I like your other one but this has the strengthening I think we need to do for her plantar fasciitis and it’s super quick like she likes lol. Thanks for this one! Perfect timing.

    I run outdoors and if possible would love a warm up video with moves that don’t require sitting on the ground or having a knee on the ground 🥹🙏🏻
