    How to make crispy salt and pepper shrimp / delicious and extreamly easy / 最简单椒盐大虾
    This salt and pepper shrim is crispy and delicious. It is also extreamy easy to make and can be done in less than 10 mins. It is a favorite dish for our family and is aslo great for parties.
    1. Defrost 450g shrimp. Clean with water and then drain the excess water.
    2. Heat the oil. While waiting, chopp the green onion and dust shrimp with all purpose flour.
    3. Deep fry the shrimp using high heat. Each side takes 50-60 seconds.
    4. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper and 1 tbsp green onoin on shrimp and mix well.
    这是最最简单的椒盐大虾的好吃做法。不用处理虾,腌制虾和炒调料,很难想象这么好吃的菜在不到十分钟就可以搞定。这是我需要快手菜时的首选。家里大人孩子都爱吃,也是聚会菜的好选择。
