    In Europe tipping is kinda similar to the US. The only difference is that tipping is not mandatory like in the US, so the tips are lower too. But other than that: you can give just the tip or go balls deep and just leave the nuts hanging out.

    • @blu9jr
      @blu9jr Před 7 lety +2

      Dah Dah Trying so hard to be smart kid dont spread the genetics excuse. He was small overall before he became a successful bodybuilder. His calves are small due to neglect, he prioritized other muscles groups making them big and strong. And if he were to train his calves like he trained his arms then they would too be big and strong. They're small because he doesn't train them as much. He wasn't an athlete growing up either so the constant stimulation needed to set a base wasn't there.

      You don't understand basic biochemistry do you? Let me simplify it for you: muscles have a certain amount of androgen receptors. They are NOT evenly distributed around your body. GENETICS dictate the distribution. Guzman and many others have not only a higher insertion of the calf (and therefore a longer Achilles tendon) but also a lower density of androgen receptors on his calves. You need receptors to bound TESTOSTERONE and other androgen hormones. That's why a lot of people have huge calves who don't even work them out. I don't think you have the mental capacity to absorb this but it's worth a shot.

      @blu9jr Před 7 lety +1

      Dah Dah cot dammit kid trying to insult me is only weakening that repetitive response. Yes I understand what your saying. Yes he has high insertions, yes his genetics are against him. Does that mean he's fucked and can't build muscle like you're implying? Fuck no. He may have to work harder but having shit genetics doesn't mean he can't build muscle, having high inserted calves means he has to train and try to overdevelop his soleus because it's the muscle closest to his heel. This will provide a thicker look. It's an illusion strategy that bodybuilders with high calf insertion use.

    It's certainly not rude to tip here in Australia! it is obviously not expected but it is always greatly appreciated by wait staff who work hard. Tips in restaurants here in Australia are not solely for one person but instead shared with all staff members working that day, including the kitchen :)

    It's not "rude", it's just not done/mandatory like it is in your country. The person just wouldn't expect a tip or know what to do with it. Some places may have tip jars which they divide amongst the employees, but I have never seen someone tip a single worker.

  • @sineadpavlovski
    @sineadpavlovski Před 7 lety +1

    I from Australia, and i don't necessarily think people take it as an offence to offer a tip, rather it is just not expected because its not a common cultural tradition. Big companies like McDonalds, Coles (supermarket) etc are actually not allowed to take tips. Smaller cafes or side shops may accept tips humbly. It all depends :)

    In Australia the minimum hourly rate is decent and one can live off that wage.tipping does not occur often.if tips are given its normally divided upon all employees or goes towards an annual Christmas party or celebration.but it's by no means is considered rude to tip.

    I live in Australia and I think it just depends on where you go some places collect all the tips they make then evenly distribute it amounts all the staff in there weekly pay. I think in rare cases it is considered rude but most places will have a tip jar. even if you ask If they take tips they will say yes or no or point out the tip jar
