The fact that you are super busy and are still so dedicated really motivates me to be better. This is the first cut I have ever done, I honestly have never had to be so disciplined all hours of the day. The cravings suck, the cardio is rough, but no matter what want to keep going. I lost some weight, then I gained some back. I'm back on the right track though currently the leanest I've ever been. Thank you Christian for doing what you are doing. I wouldn't want to cut with anyone else.

Great Video! some people can get shoulder pain doing a traditional overhead press. A good alternative to relieve shoulder discomfort is to stick with dumbbells and do a neutral grip military press. Good work!

Whats best to do after getting really sick? I lost around a stone in body weight (14lbs) over the weekend all i ate was around 200 kcals in toast over 4 days .. is it best to just carry on dieting or try and get some weight back and eat in a slight surplus to get my energy back?

Hey! I really hope you can answer this for me. I'm a pretty lean guy and have some good size. I'm now trying to put on lean muscle with minimising the amount of fat I put on. Now I know you say this is not possible but the size of my muscles are getting bigger but the weight on the scale has stayed the exact same. Please give me an explanation.
