Theres a reason why Tyler won Americas Favorite his first time on Big Brother. And we are seeing that old Tyler back in action.

I teared up watching this. I got out of my relationship 7 years ago. I gave my everything to him and always put him first before myself. I thought I was doing it right until I talked to someone that it wasn't right. I should've put myself first before anyone else. I was such a people pleaser that I thought if they're happy I'm happy too. I realized it at the end of my relationship that I lost myself so we decided to separate and work on ourselves. It was really hard to let him go but I'm glad I did it. It took me about 1 year to finally found myself again and 2 years after the break up we found our way back to each other again. It's true that we have to feel alright as ourselves and the rest will come. Now 2023 we're happily married with one daughter ☺️.

Tyler, this is great to see you are doing so well right now! This is Christian G who went to school with you and lived a few doors down from you growing up… You should be very proud of yourself and how far you’ve come! After knowing some of the really tough stuff you’ve been through in your childhood you never let that get between you and your accomplishments. I love your story and watching you grow and think you’re a bigger role model than you realize! Keep focusing on yourself and always know your friends and family love and support you through it all!

This seems like the most real and heartfelt you’ve ever been. Depression and anxiety can kill. Childhood trauma can really cause havoc in one’s life. I’m glad you’re coming out of it. It’s rough.

I can definitely relate to your 2022 experience & I also went through a similar time of just fist fighting ALL of my demons seemingly all at once. The good news? I am so proud of you! Growth leaves scars, and those scars build strength and character. Always be you..GOD put you on this Earth for a purpose, let HIM lead you on your journey. Find what you love to do, and do it, as it is a huge part of your purpose. Thats what I tell my 32 year old Son. Find what makes you happy. For him, it’s socializing orphaned animals, to ready them for their forever homes. The riches he gains from that will sustain him, not financially. But every other way. We all have a purpose! Keep pushing through Tyler! I been suffering from the Big D since early in my 20's it can be awful at times but I keep pushing forward myself. I live with a lot of regrets! I really resonate with this video.. 2022 was the toughest year of my life in so so many ways. And for the first time I’m actually going to therapy and “sitting in the mess”.. been avoiding these D words for years now and your right .. wish I would have done this sooner but things have a way of working out the way they are suppose to.
