Jasper and Hendrick both had closure, and a mini head cannon if Hendrick ever has a son, I would not be surprised if the kid's name would have been Jasper
I believe its in Act 3 when you travel back to Heliodor Castle. When you go back to the past and you can free roam again get everyone back, go to the castle and follow the shadow and it will lead you to the balcony. I think there might be a quest that sends you there too.
