Please invite that APC lawyer, Laborious oshoma to speak on this matter😄
Oshoma is a disgrace to the legal profession.
Don't mind liborous that one na lia Mohammed jnr
Liborous or Lia Lia bo rous, is a mumu lawyer, this station is the worse tv station in the world, all their journalists are quacks, even some of their guests are not knowledgeable at all...this is apc tv station and all their journalists are APC members, including 97% of their guests, they all propagate false information, liars and twist truths....that jide, is their head who all the fabricates false information
Yes, bring that fool, Liborous Oshoma to come now and give his myopic and illiterate interpretation of Court judgment.
😅😂😂😂😂😂😂
There is no time d court will go against d constitution of d country. Those 26 lawmakers who hv since decamped to APC shld know this and so begin to think of next election if they like. That is d reality.
Rotimi Amaechi defected from PDP to APC BUT still retained his Governor seat. How come?!!!
Yes, Amaechi defected to APC and still retained his governorship position. Also Dave Umahi defected from PDP to the APC and did not lose his governorship seat.
Nobody took Amaechi to court. The court can not decide on the case not before it. Beside he has immunity as a sitting governor for prosecution.
@@amozuajulius5251 Are you saying that if no one challenged the lawmakers decamping to the APC in court, that they would’ve retained their parliamentary seats?. BTW, if Amaechi loses his governorship seat b/c he decamped to another party, that does not tantamount to prosecution.
@@Bob-wq7lf yes. Assuming nobody took the defected lawmakers to court they would have still remain there. Ask any good lawyer and he will say the same thing.
@@Bob-wq7lf For example, if someone stole something and nobody took him/her to court what do you expect the court to do? They can't just come and prosecute or initiate a case for the thief, sit for the case and deliver judgement by itself.
