I watched the whole video hoping my question would be in there. I noticed you don't respond to measurement requests in your listings and don't always list measurements. I would love to do the same as they really slow down my listing process. Are measurements really a neccessity?

I buy way too much on Poshmark lol. But regarding your comment about ignoring lowball offers that are less than 50% of the listed price: though most resellers don't do this, I've seen some resellers claim that items have a retail value much higher than they do. For example, I just saw a pair of Kendra Scott earrings with a retail value of $130 listed as having a retail value of $180, and the seller was selling them for $130, making the earrings look like a better deal than they were. This also happens a lot with PINK. So if someone makes a "lowball" offer on an overpriced item because they know what it actually goes for in stores, I don't think that should actually count as such. I know most resellers thankfully don't do this, though.

Great video !you did answer a question I have been asking myself a lot ! That is when to decline or counter offers ?! I have felt pretty much the same way as you do . I was also wondering if you not listing measurements in your descriptions hurts your sales ? Never fails if I don’t addd measurements someone will ask for them and most times I don’t get a sale from it when I do answer their question and add the measurements . So sometimes I feel like it is a waste of my time .
debbie malina it depends on the piece! I try to add them for denim but overall I don’t think it hurts my sales to not include
I got my degree in broadcast journalism too! Had my heart set on being an NFL sideline reporter but I quickly became discouraged after applying to 70 different news stations across the country without hearing back from a single one lol. So happy that I found reselling and also so happy that I found your channel! You've been such a great resource.
I always decline lowballs less than 50 percent as well. I don't have time for that.

I consistently make low profits like 10 or less on my items even when it is items that sell for higher for others. I will start out higher so I can give discount to likers and offers but it will just hang there. I will lower 10% at a time but usually wont sell until Im practically giving it away. Could you do more video on pricing and when to be realistic and just get rid of it or take what you can get it and make what you spent for it.

When you post an item nwot, do you remove the tags or do you just know they are new? If the tags show the price you paid, do you remove it and list it as nwot?

Hi Alexandra, I am in Canada, so we do not have access to sell on poshmark at this moment. So, I would like to ask you, I have had 2 returns for footwear this week due to not fitting. Ebay recommends, to have good customer service, that the original shipping cost the customer paid be refunded to, how do , or did you deal with this, this can get very costly ? Thanks so much !
Ive been selling shoes on Ebay for several years and from my experience the seller is not responsible if the item does not fit. If u list it as a size 8 and they say it doesnt fit then u dont have to refund them. At least that has been my experience. Also here is a little trick that may help. When you write your description also include "Not sure if item is true to size" this will cover you cause the buyer knew before hand that the item may not fit. You really have to know how to write a good description on ebay cause buyers are always looking for a reason to return.
