More from Fuji Speedway. Unlike the year before, it was sunny this time around at the annual Toyota Gazoo Racing Festival.
Among the rows of Sports 800s and 2000GTs parked up within the infield, we spied an immaculate KP47 Starlet tucked away in the pits and went in for a closer look.
A fully restored homage to the TOM'S prepared series winner of the 70's, this version also sports the same livery and features many of the trademark parts of the original but built with modern engineering.

懐かしいですね。44年前に18歳で免許取って最初の車でした。KP47スターレットSR!僅か1年で飛び出してきた犬をよけて電柱にクラッシュして全損。泣けました。

コンパクトなスペシャルティカーの登場
トムススターレット 瑞穂町にある多摩ガレージで38年くらい前に実車観ました。
当時はKP61グランドカップ仕様が好きでしたが、47も良いですよね。
