@@Matt_win Starting mein nhi aayi. 2-3 weeks baad mein start huya. Aur Product authentic hai verify Kiya tha Maine. Sirf Whey lene ke 1-2 hours baad vomit hoti hai phir thik ho jaata hai, na lu to nhi hoti. Gym Wale ne bola Fiber Kam hai Diet mein lekin main Oats, Fruits aur Salad sab leta hun
@@aatish4697 so you might be the rare case of whey intolerant, maybe try vegan protein or stick to high protein only. Whey protein is not important btw, only reason people take whey is because its the only food / supplement that has almost 100% pure protein with negligible carbs n fats and easy to eat. If you want same amount of protein then you will have eat alot more and it won’t be pure protein but with carbs and fat, yesa na ho ki protein intake k chakkar mei fats and carbs jyada ho jaye. If you want to build muscle while shredded then whey make is very convenient.

the whole idea of fast digesting protein after workout is really not reliable. The researches done on that are instantaneous researches and no where does it measure if its really helpful in long term or not.
I stopped taking any "fast digesting" protein after workout, no eggs, no protein shakes, nothing and I am still improving my PRs every two/three weeks. I am not a novice, I have almost 2 times body weight squat, 1.5 times bench, 1 times OHP and 2.2 times deadlift. I an still improving every month even without any such fast digesting protein bs
I also workout enough so that I am recovered and not sore for days.
Granted I dont look like this guy, he is a beast ofcourse, but surely strength increase is a perfect indication of why this is not necessary
True. There’s no magical window. Its should ve taken in a 24 hour period. I finish my workout at 9:30am and take protein before my meal at 1pm. Never felt better.

Muscle is muscle, a beginner's muscle is same as an advanced athlete's muscle.
An advanced athlete is only different due to his age of training and probably his ability to go max effort and neuro muscular efficiency.
And even then "fast digestion" protein after workout has no effect in any muscle conditioning

Let me explain it my friend -
1) you can't drink a whole sugarcane stick ,but can easily take 3 tea spoon sugar in your tea [ both contains equal ammount of sucrose and glucose in I ] , additionally Sugarcane contains some fiber and other nutrients too .
That's why nutritionists prefer pure Jaggery over Sugar.
Where you're comparing whey with sugar, you should actually compare whey with Jaggery . Whey is nothing but the leftover part after creating Panner and cheese . There's no super complicated chemical process, unlike Sugar .
Just imagine how much chemical it would take to refine a black Jaggery to crystal clear sugar cubes.
