Here in this Beatmaking video tutorial, I wanted to focus on simplicity and not overcomplicate the beat making workflow process on the mpc live mk2 or the mpc one. One of my goals is to keep it simple and fun as i dont want to get to technical with my creativity. i am working with the mpc live mk2 and the Elektron Analog heat for that extra touch to my sample bassed beat.

The beat is dope. It’s not your imagination. Lol. The mpc makes it easy to chop and play samples. There are times that I’ve made great beats without knowing what I was doing.…but then again we’re experienced sample based artists, so we know exactly what we’re doing.
