      He done this one reverse jam in game where he brought the ball down with two hands under his crutch and cocked it right up as he pumped it and slammed it home like it was a slam dunk competition. Was incredible dunk, it's shocking that an iconic poster wasn't made of it, because that was Jordan level dunk in a game on fast break.

    MJ said in an interview with Dr. J that Penny will carry the torch after he leaves the GAME. Penny is my second favorite player behind MJ. MJ & Scottie had a tough time Guarding Penny in those Wars of the PLAYOFFS. Penny should be in the HOF b/c of his Game, Impact on the Culture, & his Dope Sneaker Line.

    Penny is in my Top 5 All Time. Absolutely loved watching him before the injuries really derailed his career. Imo due to his pure natural gifted ability, if injuries didn't plague him, he would be apart of the GOAT convo. But regardless still imo one of the best to play the game and imo easily a Top 3 PG of All Time

    Still my favorite player till today. Penny is cold. Should be in the HOF bc it's the basketball HOF. HS all American, Gatorade POY, college AA, 4 time all star, 2x 1st time all NBA, US olympic medal. Surprise he didn't talk about the move he put on Vashon Leonard. Never saw the move before then, haven't seen the move since.

I loved Rose but he was very Iverson-ish imo; not a natural instigator of the offense like Penny. TMac injuries didn't come till later in his career and he had a lot of 1st round exits. Great talent tho.

    Remains my favourite player, after almost two decades. Does anyone still remember that he almost beat 60+ win Miami Heat in 1997 Playoffs ? Scoring 40 points in games 3 and 4, and over 30 in win or go home, game 5. Orlando was a 7 seed and almost beat Miami with Zo, Tim Hardaway and coach of the year Pat Riley, without
    Shaq, and even Horace Grant and Rony Seikaly who both got injured half way through that series.

    Penny was my favourite player back in the days when I actually was interested in NBA and sport in general and even in video games I always played with Orlando because of him, but watching all this in retrospective and asking myself would I feel the same if I could go back in time with current minds set? No...even though Penny was good and decent played, I would probably switch his place of being my favourite with Mitch Richmond.
