You don't need ER on zhongli! Especially as shield support you don't! In a shield build and using him as shielder in team comps no one litterally no one switches to him to use his nuke because with that build the DMG is weak and not worth the wait for 3 seconds of burst animation. So you don't even need ER! And atleast 50K hp. And if you do go burst zhongli 50-100 is wayyyy tooo low. That's very weak. To keep up with mordern damage you need 55-60/200 ratio and almost anyone can achieve it. My zhongli with 33K hp in mono geo cleared the spiral abyss. Instead using ER rolls on artifacts use all crit rolls instead. Getting max crits with 33K+ hp is the best way to get optimal raw DMG. Then it you want ER right then let characters like ningguang and gorou and Bennet do that. Because either way the burst cost is 40. And if you do manage to nuke the enemy out in burst then you don't have to wait around. With C1 you have no Er issue. I have till C2 and plan on keep going. Once you start collecting his constellations you realize that you might as well C6 him that will provide healing at the same time
