Yummy potato and asparagus salad (the dressing is the star of the show)
800 grams potatoes
A bunch of Asparagus
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 deciliter neutral oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes and asparagus. After they are cool, mix the dressing. Ready to be enjoyed with your preferred protein!

My favourite part is the ending, Mochi lying on the balcony, relaxing among the flowers with the sun in her face. So beautiful! I'm a cat lover but I could see myself with a dog like Mochi, I would love her to bits.❤🐶🌹🌻🌼🌺
I feel the same way. I would normally think of myself as more of a cat person, but Mochi is so cute!
Well, she has a personality like a cat sometimes (she loves to climb furniture, and hang over our shoulders) And she even likes cat's more than dogs, so it's only natural that you like her 😂

I thought of you today. I bought fresh flowers at the super market. Got them home, in the vase and sat them perfectly on the living room table to enjoy. Then my cat Boaz decided that they were a salad for his enjoyment. Oh well. 😂😂😂

This episode is full of good things of life, thanks for remind us always how sky is blue and trees can be greener than the eye can catch on a first sight. And dear Mochi had a waltz, the red ball waltz! She's so cute with other dogs (Alberto is also friendly with other dogs, not so much with humans and avoid cudles from strangers). I really like your city and for me is quite surprising see people in a bathing suit among concrete buildings enjoying the sun. Here we have sea and river and only in these spots we allowed ourselfs relaxing that way, I supose we're far away from your easy way of life, we are so formal in our suits and ties. I enjoy every bit of your ordinary day, days, the wild flowers, the potato salad, the flying pear. Have a nice summer, take care. Alberto, Guga and Pepa send love.
Mochi usually gets along well with other dogs, but she prefers humans or cats to dogs actually 😂
In Oslo we have to take advantage of every chance and place where we can swim or sunbathe, so even in the middle of the city people will do it. I use to do it too, but in the last years, it is a bit too crowded for me. I prefer going outside the city where there is more nature and peace and quiet.
Anyway- Our winters are so long and dark, so every one has the mindset of not wanting to waste a sunny day.

Oslo and the surrounding area looks so beautiful and clean. What a lovely place to live, with a nice mix of buildings and green space. I couldn't believe how light it was at half ten. Since I'm on a diet I recognised that look on mochi's face when she was watching you eat. I have a similar drool on when I watch my husband eat cake in front of me. All the food in this vid looked absolutely delish.😊😊

It wasn't until a few months ago Mochi learned to let go of the ball. She would come back, but refuse to let go of the ball. I gave up on trying to teach her. But suddenly one day she must have realized that it is more fun if she drops the ball for me to throw! 😂

This 1 has so many special treats for us, but the Edward Munch metal viewer and the Munch restaurant really stood out for me. Also, seeing Mochi with her friend, the poodle?, was fun. In younger days, I lived and breathed for long hikes in nature. I can no longer hike or even walk much. The lovely trail walk you and Mochi went on brought back so many wonderful memories. I appreciate the beautiful and delicious looking dishes you make and am very happy you gave us a recipe! I don’t know if it was because of the unexpected, new elements in this video or if it was my mood, but several times I found myself spontaneously laughing with pure joy at Mochi: like when she refused the bite of bread you offered her. I loved this vlog! As usual 😊. The scenery on the train ride for work very much reminded me of some parts of home here in New Zealand. It’s wonderful how much you appreciate nature. I have to say I didn’t appreciate it as much when I was younger but now I’m living the country life I appreciate it a much more.
