I'll make one for you: make a CZcams channel talking about various things, including your life story and upload often, sometimes daily and after a couple years you will also be great at storytelling.
What's beautiful about bodybuilding is that you start to love the process instead of the outcome. Even if I had no physical advantage from weight lifting I would still do it for the mental benefits. Once you get started, not working out feels unnatural.
This is also crucial for other parts of life e.g. business because if you love the process and don't instantly expect results you'll work on it until you get results.

I also started bodybuilding consistently at 17 years old back in october. Im 18 now and let me tell you the times where I felt desolate, bodybuilding is the only thing that made me feel I was doing something in my life like a purpose to live. As long as I improve in this one thing, im improving in life.

Hey hamza, just came back to your channel and I'm really really pleased to see you've come back to the OG format of storytelling and life lesson teaching. Massive W
Can relate so much to everything in this video. So cool to hear about your background with video games, traumatic household, and rounding up your height if a girl asks lol (shh). But the lesson here is amazing and bodybuilding has done you, me, and so many others wonders. Thanks for the video
Hey Hamza im only 13, and i have been on self improvement for 11 years. I can now bench press 60 tonnes, i run across the Earth 7 times for my morning routine and i wake up at 11pm every night ready to start the next day. Your tutorials have helped me to become a better man, thank you.
This video must have been hard to make the way you opened up man I love seeing the real Hamza. Like you said some people see you as an alpha male red pill youtuber whatever, Your true fans understand who you are: human. With strengths and flaws, with successes and failures Hamza you keep going up and moving forward. You deserve everything good to ever happen to you love you man idk where id be without you
I can relate to this 100%. Didn't go gym these past 2 days and I feel like shit. Going to the gym gives me purpose and not having purpose makes me feel like shit.
What you do outside of your Work really affects the Inside...! Great video, and I learned a lot Exercising also saved my life, even though I'm not a Bodybuilder. I'm a Calisthenics athlete...!
This is amazing. when I was around 2-3 months into gym I always thought "if this is what I've done now imagine what I'll look like in a year" and that has been a part of my motivation from then on. I've been consistently going to the gym for just over a year now (I weighed 55 kg or about 120 lbs and now I'm 65 kg or about 140 lbs) and even though I've got a physique that I should be happy with I'm still wanting to get bigger. Obviously its not all about the muscle, because i've made 3 really good friends in the gym and my social life restarted.
HOW TF ARE YOUR VIDEOS SOO F_ing WELL TIMED? I once used to go to gym... Trained pretty poorly and inconsistently for around 7 months before I quit, Now I am approaching again, but with relatively mature perspective.
Video games and martial arts saved my life, the unbearable daily life of family conflict over the years absolutely destroyed me and I always looked forward to playing games or just going to martial arts classes and escaping the trauma. Both of these things still live in me and it really helped me to get stronger from martial arts and get more creative from games.
Started working out a few months ago and convinced pretty much my whole friend group to start working out with me in this gym in my city. We’ve all made great progress and even tho we are all at different levels,( for example one of my friends is a gymnast who has been doing it since he was 6 and is now 15, so he is a good bit ahead of me and can spam handstand push ups), we still all stay consistent and work equally as hard going minimum 3 times a week. Anyways, I wanted to say that this all would have probably never happened if people like you, noel dyezel, max fitness and a few other influencers didn’t introduce me to the concept of self improvement and the gym and its importance, Thank you.
I've noticed as I watch more of these videos, the comment section is starting to get more and more 'mature'. There aren't any commenters begging for likes, making memes/jokes but just those who are actually thankful for his videos. Great to see a more mature fanbase that Hamza has cultivated.
i was on the edge of jumping out of a window i ran back to the mirror looked at my face and remembered that as a 6yo i did 10 pushups a month. I tried that again that exact moment, I gave life one more chance. And now im thankfull for every single thing even the smallest. (this is when i started my second life.) 🙂
Im on day 165 of working out everyday… I relate to this so much, and also to something you said in a previous video, where you had to leave girls because they just don’t want to get better with you, they stay there and scroll social media, and say yea I’ll start tomorrow … I think most importantly, working out is what helped me to find god. I’ve been in really low time where I wanted to 💀 meself, but right now, even though my life is not at its best stage in every aspect, I’m still happy to be where I am because it’s infinitely better than where I was before. I just know that I’ve made progress, and as I keep following the process, I’m gonna keep getting better
I am 16 years old. I was going to the gym from June 2023 to December 2023 but had to stop because of my elbows. They hurt me whenever I do any tricep movement such as tricep pushdowns or skullcrushers, basically when I apply pressure on the elbow. I've seen 3 doctors and even did a scan, but they didn't tell me anything helpful. I will appreciate every tips / help from you guys
I actually noticed that I sat through this whole video without doing anything else. It really resonated with my current position. I've been going to the gym for 6 months to a year now and I dream of getting an aesthetic physique. I'm 6'2 72kg and I've definitely put on some muscle, but not enough to be satisfied. As you said, if I keep going to the gym for the rest of my life, I will eventually have that physique that I dream of, and my diet is very clean too. Eating 4-6 eggs a day, no sugar etc. I'll get there eventually and I hope to all that are reading this comment, you can too
I don’t think i watch your vids because i have a good attention span, its because you genuinely make me think and i trust your advice enough to listen to it and take 1 or 2 things from it
my dad didn't let me buy your course even after trying so hard, my brother thought I was delusional, misogynistic, and crazy, making my whole family think that I wasn't worth listening to. even I won't be able to buy your course and listen to you I am happy that you are still here, making videos that will make me able to continue with my journey, I haven't been able to focus on my self improvement journey for the past 2 months but I know something will make me think differently and continue the journey like others and help each other grow.
Hamza, I can relate to everything you said in this video I had similar situation my crab like so called "friends" also hated me and trolled me when I started going to the gym and I have distance myself from them and I'm going to the gym consistently and I'm never quitting the gym
That’s another thing I’m grateful to Hamza for you like motivate with stuff we can do that others cannot do like hold our attention span I didn’t feel grateful for that until now
2:23-2:30 Very relatable When i was 11 yo my older brother gave me a 2kg empty dumbell. Then he told me to a bicepcurl, while he and my mother looked at me. I sat in my chair and try to curls it, but it was really heavie for me. Then at 12yo i started working out, because i did a no sugar challenge for 7 days a week ago (with my female cousin). The only thing i did at the beginnig was 3kg dumbell curls, for probaly 3 sets and 10 reps each. I am very grateful when i look back at this moments, even tho 3kg or 2kg seems ridicoulis. I tell you why, i was reminded of that exactly moment at 1.1 this year. I went to the gym with my bro just to do some PR's (we worked out both at home/ Calisthenics). One exercise i did was the bicepcurl on the machiene. I was hyped, because it was the first weight lifting exercises in my life. Then i pulled as hard as possible and made a 45kg PR. While i couldn't even do 3kg just 5 years ago.
Think about it you have come a long way in many thing and will carry on evolving. You must be proud of yourself but still hunger for more and your improvement journey will therefore never end as you (me and literally everyone) can never be perfect. What sets people aside from one another is their thirst to improve themselves and their character we as human are bound to make mistakes and carry on making them but we learn from them and improve. As we grow our values also change once what we held dear to our heart are now just shadows from our past as child we have toys as boys we have games and as men we have adversity and challenges when we get old we may have nothing or we may have everything we need. A family.
About time someone talked about these annoying mma guys shi**ing on us 😂 and damn you hit it spot on with the visualizing thing. I also imagined that physique I could have in 10 years. My mistake was that I quit back when i was 15. I would've been 9 years into lifting by now if I didn't quit. Started again 4 years ago and still consistent with it. Will keep going as long as I'm alive.

I'll get there eventually and I hope to all that are reading this comment, you can too
to all those other guys who watched till the end. You have my respect bro.
Back to where it all started your home❤
Bodybuilding solves 90% of your problems because your body is 90% you
you aren't your body nor are you your mind
Your brother is a hero🔥
I absolutely agree with this, although kickboxing and beat bodybuilding, I can still want to look aesthetic in the ring
God bless you Hamza
I don’t think i watch your vids because i have a good attention span, its because you genuinely make me think and i trust your advice enough to listen to it and take 1 or 2 things from it
Was a gym goer for a long time but shoulder pain has stopped that
my dad didn't let me buy your course even after trying so hard, my brother thought I was delusional, misogynistic, and crazy, making my whole family think that I wasn't worth listening to. even I won't be able to buy your course and listen to you I am happy that you are still here, making videos that will make me able to continue with my journey, I haven't been able to focus on my self improvement journey for the past 2 months but I know something will make me think differently and continue the journey like others and help each other grow.
11:00 'you can be a bodybuilder who plays video games'
Never thought I'd ever hear Hamza say that lol
While i couldn't even do 3kg just 5 years ago.
perfect timing just finished my adonis workout 💪🏻
it is the most powerful tool lift you from the ground ...it did saved my life when i started it a year ago .
A family.
Bro asked the community what they wanted and did the exact opposite
About time someone talked about these annoying mma guys shi**ing on us 😂 and damn you hit it spot on with the visualizing thing. I also imagined that physique I could have in 10 years. My mistake was that I quit back when i was 15. I would've been 9 years into lifting by now if I didn't quit. Started again 4 years ago and still consistent with it. Will keep going as long as I'm alive.
never quit brothers
