You know what I just realized. You can get the Cover and Plume Fossils in the Desert Resort, so MDB can still do his 'CZcams Algorithm' running gag whenever he plays through Black & White.

Audino might be surprisingly easier. Audino is like a Gen 5 Chansey but if they also upgraded its stats! 💪

Gen 1 Lickitung is notable for having an incredible TM movepool, learning most good moves, including Swords Dance, Body Slam, and Earthquake for a fantastic final set. It still gets Bolt/Beam, Mega Punch, and the water moves for a smooth playthrough. It does sadly miss out on Dig, but that's not a huge deal when you can use Bubblebeam for the annoying Rock types anyway. It also gets a STAB Stomp at level 7 so even Brock isn't that bad despite having only Normal moves. It's such a great Pokemon from a solo playthrough perspective.

I really hope yo do a Pokémon X challenge one day. In particular, I’d love to see a Pokémon X with only one Flabebe, as it’s one of my favorite Pokémon.
I'm dying to see a gen6 run!!! Personally, I want an ORAS run with only 1 swablu. If you're itching for gen 6 content silphspector has a few nuzlocks in x and y that are great!!

I love Audino! The first time I ever played Pokemon Black, Starpuff the Surfing Audino was a very important part of my team, despite me not really using him to his fullest potential.

It's really cool when a Pokémon has a big movepool because then you can be more creative in fights
Audino was my very first ever shiny encounter/catch. So I have a special fondness for it. Good choice!
Bit confused why you were using Grass Knot against an Elgyem in the Celestial Tower. Litwick is Fire/Ghost, so Grass Knot would do nothing because of its fire typing and the fact it's light. The one trainer with Golett is a mild concern though regarding Charge Beam.

Assumed ghost type, most likely. And with Litwick, look at the moveset, the only other attacking type was normal, which Litwick would be immune to. At that point in the game, grass knot was probably the only option

People are aware that a Gen5 game is potentially gonna be announced in few weeks on Pkmn Day (according to the leaks & rumours anyways) that's why content creators are making videos on it.
Considering where you wake up, I feel like getting crit into Skyrim makes more sense than saying you got crit into Oblivion
I love Audino, and it makes me very happy when she is given love, plus next to having better stats then Chansey, she also has a better shiny in a light lavender color

14:18 Vullabies stopped you 3 times in a row in the same grass patch. I haven't played Gen5 in a while, but I do remember how high the encounter rates can be.
The version exclusives are the best idea I've never thought of. That's gonna be insanely fun In sapphire because Seviper is such a cool design. It's one of my favorite 3rd gen mons

I've always liked Audino because it's just so cute. Also, that next run is a curve ball, I wasn't expecting it. Though I'm still going to suggest pokemon gold/silver with a single Murkrow like always

I remember doing this challenge myself about a year ago, it was a lot of fun! Using a Pokemon with a lot of TM compatibly in the generation that introduced unlimited use TMs makes it so interesting coming up with the moveset that you find most useful for every major battle

I have a feeling that the normal gym leaders ai thinks that retaliate is a one use move, so if it can't one shot you it tries to make it a once shot before attacking.

Don't know if you know about this, but the house on the side of the Pokecenter in Mistralton City have the move Reminder and Move Deleter, so you can replace level up moves more freely after this part of the game because of that

one little thing I noticed about getting hit with whirlwind is even if you just switch back, Regenerator makes Whirlwind actually heal you.
The first time I played black and white I only used a serperior and audino, the audino was named creampuff cause of the tail
Audino is actually not bad as a pivot in a playthrough, if you build it bulky and it has regenerator as an ability then it's a self sufficient wall.

Hey MahDry! Long time challenge viewer here. Thank you for all you do with your channel. I was watching some older challenges of yours when I had an idea. A Pokémon game (not sure which would work best) with only shiny Pokémon that you have caught other challenges. I think that would be Slakoth, Sewaddle, and Doduo? Don’t know if anyone can confirm.
when I blind nuzlocked black2, my main team member was an audino. The little guys are good at not dying
How about this as a pokemon run: You choose whatever starter you want, but every time you beat a trainer you get their team and must use that team until you beat the next trainer?
That would likely require a custom romhack which I don't think MDB has the resources for. Plenty of trainers in every game have mons you don't have access to at the point you fight them, not to mention you can't get the rival's starter without glitching or cheatint

Audino is such an underated Pokemon, I should use one next time I get the chance
You should try Pokémon with only baby pseudo legends. Although pseudo legends are absolutely amazing when they are fully evolved, their first forms kind of suck. I am not sure if you should try it as a solo run though or with a full team, but maybe consider this idea. Keep on doing what you’re doing because I and lots of other people love your content
