Billy Jenkins is an orphaned 12 year old kid. Relentlessly bullied at school for being weirdly obsessed with celebrity vampire hunter Van Helsing, and smothered by his over-protective aunt, he has a lust for greatness as a budding vampire hunter, and wants to prove the world wrong about himself.
Billy finds his escape in his real life vampire hunting hero Sir Ricardo Van Helsing, the world's favourite celebrity vampire hunter. He watches just about every interview, reads every autobiography and comic book, watches all of his films and plays all of his video games.
He has always dreamed of meeting Van Helsing, and finally gets his chance to do just that through a special fan competition from a reputable celebrity talk-show! All he has to do is record a self tape of his very own vampire hunt and submit it to the television center.
When he foolishly invites a vampire into his home and lures it into a trap, he sets off a chain of events that change his life forever - and we watch as he becomes 'The Fearless Billy Jenkins'!'
