While at the same time using scare tactics to move consumers away from other independent suppliers. Considering that corporate America owns vast news networks, and buys time for comercial based broadcasting of news stories. This seems like a pretty shady story. What news group would run this story, unless new breakthroughs were found through scientific research?

I have used melatonin when needed along with my chamomile tea. I started with just the 3 mg and it worked ok, but I find that 5-10mg works perfect for me. I am well rested with no issues. Again, I only take as needed. Not every night. Anything that makes the body slow down, should be taking with moderation. I am also into natural loose leaf teas that I use my tea infusion /strainer for. I love blue lotus tea. All natural will allow you to relax as well as assist with pain and inflammation. All natural herbs can be truly amazing.

10mg won't work for me, only sleep couple of hours at a time then takes forever getting back to sleep. Often time only 4 hours of interrupted sleep per night then sleep in front of the TV during the day. Getting the best rest in front of the TV (usually about 15 minutes) fortunately never dosed off while driving. The older I get the less sleep. Looking to trying out the cheap one person sauna before bedtime and shower, hopefully that will work.

I have short periods when I struggle to fall asleep, then I’d take melatonin. I found that gummies work the best, with up to 5mg dose (190lbs male). I once bought pills 10 mg from a popular brand mixed with short and long release, they make me feel horrible the next day. Drowsy, dizzy, sleepy, anxious, plus a horrible headache. Every single time so that must be caused by those pills. Be careful folks, titration is key, get to know the brand, melatonin is different from every manufacturer despite what they say.
