The death penalty was removed over a technicality.Chad should 100% have the death penalty on the table .Those graves were dug and had items placed to deliberately stop the ground caving in ,he was there and in my opinion was physically involved in what happened to those 2 beautiful kids .He’s is disgusting and going to hell

@@scootermom1791 it’s my understanding that Lori always wanted a speedy trial. Soon into the process her lawyer called her mental health into question. There were two lengthy delays due to her mental health issues, which put a halt on any work being done on her case. The court decided that because she didn’t want to waive her right to a speedy trial there would not be enough time for her lawyers to prepare for a death penalty case. ❤️🇦🇺

Chad would love for a jury to believe that evil Lori and her accomplice brother Alex were completely responsible for the murders. Well, guess what Chad, when all the evidence comes out you're toast. Chad had free will. He could have called off the murders at any point but he didn't.
He killed Tammy. Lori was impatient. But that was all him.
There is no way he can blame Lori for Tammy’s murder. That was all him. The fact that he told one story of how she died and his son told another story, proves that he is guilty. He should go before the firing squad.

Seeing those lovebirds in paradise two weeks after the evil deeds -- in a movie you couldn't make that transition believable.

2. He assigned all of Lori's loved ones as "dark" and convinced her they were possessed.
3. Lori repeatedly asked Chad for confirmation on the status of the children. His response "I turned up the pain to 10 and placed a spiritual virus in her,” Daybell texted Vallow on July 18, 2019, referring to Ryan."
It could be argued that Chad is the reason people are dead. Motive: power, sex and money - He gets the life insurance from Tammy, he gets to be with a beautiful woman who is totally out of his league, who is much better off financially than he is, and has fooled people that he is the leader of the 144,000.
He has no mental health defense. He carefully planned this. And the fact he thinks he can get out of the death penalty is just infuriating.
When lori or Chad ask for cell phones or call they should just tell them they have their portals so we don’t need to provide you with a phone.

Personally, I think Chad is a very sick individual, a toxic narcissist, and was the mastermind. He continues to manipulate the minds of his children to this day. I've followed every aspect if this tragic case. I don't excuse Lori or Alex's sick culpability, but *Chad clearly had the upper hand in that relationship.*

I always wanted Chad to face the death penalty HOWEVER I watched a show on Netflix a little while ago about a man who was incarcerated in prison and wanted to be moved onto death row. And it was enlightening because why would anyone want to be on death row ?!? Well in prison the rules and conditions were horrendous whereas weirdly on death row it is a lot more appealing place to live the rest of your days. From watching it if I was in a position of going to prison or death row for the rest of my life I would pick death row.
Therefore I now want Chad to not get death penalty just because his life will be cushier and ge doesn’t deserve a better ending. I’d rather he rot in prison where it’s more dangerous for him , less opportunity for hobbies etc and more squalid conditions.

This was a Folie-au-deux between the two of them. They planned and killed with equal responsibility, but Chad buried the bodies at HIS HOUSE and there is evidence that JJ may have been buried alive; therefore, that is an aggravating factor against him which should easily call for the death penalty. Chud also killed his wife all by himself and in the cruelest way. It seems their little cult-fantasies got way out of control.

Hi Linda, did you hear the bombshell from Lauren from hidden true crime? Audrey apparently told someone that Lori told her she had killed Joe Ryan and was glad his body wasn’t found for such a long time. And the person telling this has been vetted. I am not surprised but good hearing the murderer admit it.
The differences of this case is Lori’s lawyers were not as affective as John Pryor. He is an excellent attorney. He may get his client free from his death penalty.

There are three things that keeps me from believing what they are saying. No, the death penalty should NOT be removed for Dumbell! Lori didn’t get it because of a technicality! She got lucky. The kids, Charles and Tammy didn’t get off that easy, DID THEY!!?? Brandon is not dead only because the shooter wasn’t as good of a marksman as he thought he was!!
