It still baffles me that Tammy and Charles deaths were NOT investigated more! I mean really! Two suspicious deaths or actually 3 counting Alex, and nothing, the cops didn’t question anything at the time!
Well considering Alex had already been in jail for tazing Joe Ryan you would think something fishy was going on - 2 ex husband's of Loris. Then the fact Charles went to the cops multiple times about Lori.
They would have gotten away Scott free if they didn't kill their children. How many are doing what Chad & Lori did and get away with it?

@@Gurl-5150 I didn't get to see that video. I'm gonna try to find it and then watch Linda's take on it. I remember a case - it could've been 30 years ago now - where a doctor or medical examiner killed his wife. The adult daughter swore that he couldn't have done it.
Also, the staircase murder - same thing It probably plays into a child, even though these are grown-up children, not wanting to believe that their parent could be that evil, and not wanting to lose a second parent. 🤷🏻♀️
in this case, it's not even like it's one child - they would have to go against the others and that might be difficult. I'm an only child so I don't understand the sibling connection but from what I see in others that could be hard in a situation like this. I'm just trying to throw them a bone 🦴

Weird how 911 operator just accepted Chad's claim Tammy was dead ... the operator didn't ask to check for breathing, a pulse, etc...
Was extremely empathetic too, it was like he was telling a friend the tragic news. I think her compassion got in the way of asking questions that could have helped if the case ended up being classed as a crime.
It’s a small community -things like this do not happen on a regular basis. I wonder where he drummed up the tears and fake voice of grief. planned funeral right away and marched into school district office to claim life insurance on Monday morning. 😦
This is true. My dad was cold and blue, I told the 911 operator that. There still asked me to try CPR. I was so upset and said please don't make me do that someone I love who's cold and blue. They said ok ok very understanding. Id have to deag my large dad to the floor and it was concrete under carpet,, it would have cracked his head at least and he was also stiff. They understood it was too late for that. Totally different with Chad. She was not lagei, especially Not larger than him and he had a son. It would have been futile I'm sure the 911 operator knew that but they still ask they should still ask. I find it extremely extremely odd that Chad and his son would move her body. You don't want to touch your loved one who is cold and blue and stiff. I just can't imagine moving them that's just horrible

@@crystaldawn9255 Same with my 87-year-old mother, however, when the EMT's arrived they still dragged her off of the couch to the hardwood floor and did CPR for what seemed like forever! We told them she was a DNR but because we didn't have her DNR paperwork in hand, by law, they had to try to resuscitate her.
"She's frozen" indicates that she had been dead longer than Chad claims. I agree that it was in the middle of the night. Alex phone gives the time. I am so hoping that Lori is found guilty on all charges. Then I hope that Chad will take a plea of some sort that will keep him in jail for the rest of his life.

I’m from the U.K. and I find it incredible that a husband/wife can refuse to have a post-mortem carried out on their partners. In the U.K. if the authorities deem it necessary for a post-mortem to be conducted then it’s done, NOBODY can stop it.
Tamara Douglas Daybell, in addition to being a daily runner, was taking clogging dance lessons.

I’m healthy not enough to drop down dead of natural causes (I hope) at 46, but there’s no way I could get through Tammy’s exercise classes, and she was 49.
Tammy sounds like an extremely fit woman, especially for her age, and I’m so glad her untimely death has been further investigated.

Her children need to wake up!!! Maybe they have by now. After their mother's death, he gave them all a piece of the insurance money and took them on vacation - "See what a good guy I am!"

It took a lot of twists and turns to get there unfortunately. She was almost as forgotten as Charles & Joe. Except it appears it’s too late for justice for Joe.

Apparently, the life insurance for Tammy was too important for her to simply disappear as did the children. The betrayal of both mothers is truly sad.

In my state, I’m pretty sure an autopsy is required by law when a person dies for no discernible reason - no known symptoms or illness (a “cough” is pretty lame, Chad🙄), etc. Lori, Chad, and Alex are the common denominators in all the deaths and strange happenings here. I’m hoping against hope the jury has little to no reasonable doubt thinking Lori approved, was there, and participated in the deaths of her children.
For me, the “smoking gun” is her hair found on the duct tape that bound sweet JJ. She - and her incorrigible husband - should never again set foot in a free society.
Definitely agree. The authorities, cops, autopsy people etc. totally failed these people.

It's always the discretion of the corner. Older people or those with chronic illnesses pass away in their sleep all the time and they are not going to do an autopsy. My dad had health issues, he was in a sixties died in his sleep and they wouldn't do an autopsy unless we wanted to pay for it. They're expensive and don't do them for everybody not even every unattended death.
There needs to be bitter rules though because Tammy was none of those things

They almost got away with killing Charles, Tylee, JJ, and Tammy. Thankfully, Kay contacted the authorities and had them look for JJ. Law enforcement must look closely at Zulema and Melanie regarding Alex's death and the shooting at Melanie's ex-husband. Then there is Melanie Gibbs, who was there the night JJ died. They are a bunch of nuts.

I think of all the lives Tammy could have touched had she remained alive today. It makes me angry that she was snuffed out like she didn’t matter. I even think about her potential future partner had Chad done the sane thing and divorced Tammy. Now that future spouse may never experience the joy she would have brought into his life. You know? Murder has the most intense ripple effect.
And her children’s children! I love being a grandparent, and experiencing my daughter’s life as she sees her own children go and build their own lives. One plays too many games on his devices.
It really does. It's so sad that her grand children will not get the benefit of her light and wisdom. Chad and Lori are among the most selfish and evil people on earth.
Missing her children’s weddings and babies ….there is so much that was lost. I wonder if the 10 commandments from the BIBLE mean anything to Chad and Lori. They are despicable at best ! 😮
These two horrible people worshipped a different Jesus; their words and actions indicated a strong belief in the Evil One as they did his bidding. People like this harm the true and faithful church because people who are not believers look at these horrible murderers and think this is how we all are. Ugh!

The only thing is that Chad wasn't even heard of when Lori's first husband ( Tylees dad) died. Lori could very well get herself involved with some very shady ,creepy people as a way of life. The entire thing is crazy strange.
If you where to write all this to make a movie , it would be way too far out there.

You know the two children are still laying in a freezer there awaiting the end of trial. All those grandparents want to do is give them a proper burial but they won't release the body's until the trial is over. I can't for the life of me figure out why they must stay there either.
I have heard for DNA purpose and or for future questioning.

Joe Ryan, her third husband and Tylee's father is dead, undoubtedly by Alex and/or Lori's hand, Her fourth husband, Charles, is dead, murdered by Alex (at Lori's instruction). Chad would have been dead also if they had not been caught. She would have tired of him when he could not provide the life style Charles gave her. He is so stupid he would have taken out a large policy on his own life, her license for murder.
I cannot conceive of someone marrying anyone married four times and divorced three (and the fourth almost) and two of those spouses dead! Fifty percent death of spouses is a rather high rate of death for a woman not yet 50! But, hey, Lori turns 50 next month and Chad did say his wife would die young, before she was 50 . . . perhaps that will be fulfilled again!

@@barbaraheed3509 You are certainly welcome. Memory? It was so bad in the beginning, I actually set up a word processing file with the names on them as they surfaced in various articles. I added misc. notes to it as things progressed. The first marriage was very short because he was to LDS and, apparently, her parents insisted on the divorce since they were so young. I can only imagine he has felt very lucky to have gotten out alive with all that has surfaced! Death would have been a horrible "reward" for a teenage boy to marry his crush. I truly hope at some point in time that circumstance can reunite Colby and his birth father which I am quite certain Lori did all she could to destroy any chance of that happening.
(And, just for the record, I often don't remember an hour ago either! In fact, I keep my main set of keys in my kitchen door [double-keyed deadbolt] so I don't lose them! I am also grateful that I always lock my car door when I leave it since I often forget to remove the ignition key if I get distracted and the system will not let the doors lock with it in the ignition.)

Evidence presented in court showed Alex was close to Chad’s house the night Tammy died. Also, I too feel that Lori and Alex suffocated Jj. I also believe that JJ fought, and David and Melanie Gibb heard something. This is night David had a horrible nightmare. The next morning, David asked for JJ because he claims he was concerned and wanted to see if was okay.
I wish we could hear the details of his nightmare. I wonder if it was related to JJ ? It sounds like it was the worst nightmare he had ever had (I think).
I think Lori was there murdering JJ too. And probably Tylee and definitely Charles

Very interesting about body lividity & the position her body was in when found! If Chad goes to trial (vs a plea) I think there will be even more that comes out surrounding all these details of her death as there are still many aspects of that night that don’t add up!!
In the text messages read in court yesterday there was one where Lori was clearly manipulating Chad to hurry up & get on with ending Tammy’s life. She knew how “hot” he was for her, but told him maybe she should back out of the picture & let him go back to being a family man. Shortly thereafter Tammy was gone. 😢
Her body was not found as she died. Chad moved her before anyone saw her. That removed evidence of a struggle.
We all know the person laying next to us in bed coughing so hard they vomit (and die) is going to wake us up!!! And dead people don't "roll out of bed!"
Any adult would be able to see how manipulative that was. Chad would've panicked, like, "No! No! Don't do that!" And definitely hurried up with the Bye Bye Tammy plan.
If Lori is found guilty it wouldn’t surprise me if Chad takes a deal to save his fat arse.

What strikes me most with this call is how quickly the dispatcher ended it. Usually, they ask a lot more questions, such as the name, age, and general health of the person, had they been ill, when were they found, by whom, did anyone try cpr, where is the person's body, who else is there etc.
Charles & Tammy both seemed to be genuinely good people who were loyal trustworthy spouses devoted to their children & family.
Unfortunately, they both made fatal mistakes in who they chose to marry. 😢
On the other hand, Lori & Chad share a likeness of malevolent dark souls that when together supercharged a double-dose of evil. They fed off each other’s grandiose narcissistic energy... like a match made in hell

That could very well be a possibility. I think Tylee & JJ were creeped out by Chad and didn't like being around him. He knew it and convinced an enamored Lori that they had turned into zombies. I don't think Lori was around during any of the deaths but was very involved in the planning of each of them. Her hair that was found on JJ could have been transferred by Alex because they were known to be touchy feely. Eeew!

I think it was more of a ploy to stay in good standing with the church. If a spouse passes its okay to move on with someone else else, but divorce is a no no. They wouldn't be allowed in temple if they divorce. However they eventually were excommunicated for outlandish beliefs.

I think Chad suffocated Tammy during the night and then positioned her body to make it look like she died in her sleep. I also think Chad just pushed her body off the bed.
I still think about that call where Lori was talking to someone about Tylee and JJ being zombies and hearing beautiful Tylee yell in the background, not me mom. It breaks my heart what was done to this beautiful girl who never had a chance. Lori, Chad and anyone connected to that crazy 144,000 cult are demons.

Wow, both said she was stiff, I was with my dad when he took his last breath at 9:30 PM, I stayed up all night with my mother, it took many hours for his body become stiff and waited for his body to be taken away about 10 AM the next day, it was about 5 AM when the body became stiff, so Tammy no doubt died a lot earlier than Chad told people..

It makes me really sad about all the deaths. Especially when someone tries to tell the police they’ve been threatened with murder. Like Charles was threatened by Lori, he tried to tell the police. Nobody listened and a week or so later he was dead. That is so sad! Also, for the innocent children, none of these people deserved to die. They needed the death penalty and if not that which I don’t know why the Judge would take that off the table then they both need multiple life sentences! Period.😢

It was said that the prosecution didn't file or get something in on time, so as a consequence against the state the death penalty was taken off the table. Must've been a big screw up for that to happen.

I've come to the conclusion that since Lori and Alex had taken that "leap of faith" to kill her "zombies", it only makes sense that Chad probably decided that if he wanted to keep Lori under his spell, he would need to make the same "sarifice". And Alex was probably waiting in the wings as backup just in case something went wrong.

My take on Tammy's death: Lori wanted her out and did not care how Chad would do it. And this is the reason she convinced her brother to help Chad with killing Tammy. After everything I have heard I could risk to tell she was the one who was reassuring Alex that this is the right thing to do (in the name of faith). The amount of texts they exchanged on the night Tammy was killed is enormous. And for me, the State proved the conspiracy theory.
Lori made sure she was out of the area when Tammy was killed but we have heard from texts she sent to Chad that she was anxious to get the obstacle (Tammy) gone so she could have her big, hunky (gag) lover to herself and let’s not forget about the life insurance money. She is a co-conspirator if there ever was one…I have a question…we have never heard whether there have been memorials and decent funerals for Tylee😮r and JJ😊
They won't release the bodies until after Chad's trial. Not sure if they've had any kind of service, but I don't think so. 😊

Foaming at the mouth usually means the person was in a coma (untreated) for a short prior to death because the lungs begin to fill with fluid. It is common with overdose victims and is also associated with diabetics who die from insulin shock. The pink coloring could mean blood mixed with the foam somewhere in her airway, such as biting her tongue.
it could also be poisoning. In fact poisoning can cause both asphyxiation and foaming at the mouth. Asphyxiation was ruled the cause of death. I’m almost certain it was something like cyanide poisoning.

They were talking about Alex's phone being near Chads house on the night / morning of Tammy's death. I thought that was very odd it wouldn't surprise me at all
I believe Lori is guilty of conspiracy in Tammy’s death. I think chad and Alex killed Tammy. I think Lori and Alex killed JJ. I think chad and Alex killed Tylee. But I seriously believe chad sexually assaulted Tylee before he killed her. I think Charles was lured to the house for the sole purpose of murder and I think Lori and Tylee both witnessed this. (Which is another reason Tylee had to go) I think as things progressed, chad viewed Alex as the weak link and either killed him or convinced him to kill himself. There’s a lot of pink foam being spewed…tammy…Alex…chads neighbor who ALSO died of an embolism like Alex…was he chads science project? These people were given SOMETHING to cause their death and create this foam. What meds did Alex get in Mexico before he died? He did NOT die of natural causes. Just my opinion. Btw…great job Linda!!

It's very weird the dispatch didn't get him to try CPR. Every 911 call I've listened to that's reporting a death, the 911 operator talks the caller into performing chest compressions whilst an ambulance is on the way. Bloody hell even when Sarah Boon told dispatch her partner was stiff and purple the operator was having none of her excuses about her partner being dead, she was nagged and nagged to do CPR until help arrived, only for them to take one look and declare 1 deceased male‼️So why was Chad not treated the same of every single other caller that I've heard (and I've heard thousands being an avid crime researcher.) Was the operator familiar with the dork author (of nonsense?) Maybe she was a Mormon and knew him from going to the temple? I'm talking guesses because why did she trust his report of his wife's death when everyone else's judgement was ignored. Either the operator recognised his name or, she is just a sh!tty employee that doesn't follow the protocol when a 'dead' person call comes in⁉️I've heard Rexberg Idaho has a large LDS community, so it's not a crazy assumption that the dispatch operator, the emergency workers and the Coroner ALL new this evil man and took his word because he was such a good exemplary Mormon (and he orchestrated a series of murders when their eyes were off him‼️)

His kids hung out with Lori not to long after the funeral. He had the funeral set and ready to go within days. Chad started introducing people to Lori with in a couple of weeks. Listen to Heather Daybell (SIL) -she talked on a podcast last year from her extended family perspective of Chad and his delusions. Heather tried to warn people for years-fell on deaf ears.

I don’t think Lori was present for Tammy’s death. I don’t think she was present for anybody’s death. She doesn’t want to see it. She got Charles riled up (supposedly), and left in time for Alex to shoot him, I wonder if her trip to Burger King to get JJ food, wasn’t a way to alibi herself. “I couldn’t have done it I was at Burger King “. I think she or Alex drugged JJ but it wasn’t enough. Chads warped mind wanted to inflict pain on JJ and he did. I don’t know who or how Tylee was initially killed, but I think it was at the hands of Alex and Chad. I think the deaths of Tammy, JJ and Tylee all required 2 people at the time: Alex and Chad. And Lori was the puppet master.
She was there for them all except Tammy plus helped.

As a former LDS temple worker, if Tammy had fainted during an endowment session or while doing ordinance work, it would have been noted by the ordinance workers that day. That's a very odd thing and doesn't happen often so detectives would have been able to find out what sessions they attended and what ordinance workers were there. They could question all the workers and they would definitely remember if someone fainted. Depending on how long Tammy would have been out, ordinance workers would have called for an ambulance and EMTs would have checked her out. There would also be several other visitors that day that would be able to testify if someone fainted during their session. You're never ALONE anywhere in the temple.
