I'm pretty sure the book she mentions in the beginning is called 'love you forever ' it's the one about the mom and her son getting older, but every day she still cradles him to sleep and says the same little rhyme, and then at the end when she gets really old he picks her up and says the rhyme. Then once she passes she goes up to his house into his newborn daughters room and picks her up and says the rhyme. It's a really sweet book, my grandma had it and she gave it to my dad and then at some point my dad gave it to me, I cry when I read it lol.
