The mag cylinders, a must. Dig that rosewood grip, makes for a fancy albeit confortable plinker. Purdy!

That bird head grip is slick. Looks good. I knew an old navy guy who carved replacement grip sets out of different types of wood. It's amazing how it changes the feel of the pistol when hold it.

Hard to say. For whatever reason I am not worried about it at all, but I have little evidence to support my gut feeling.

Nice.. Heritage arms?? They're great for extras and priced right. I just wish they'd go bigger on caliber.. I'd love it if they started making 357,, 10mm,, 44 and 45... but great 22's for sure.

The 22lr was the draw for me. I needed a gun that was cheap and almost disposable priced so I could really 'step child' treat it.
But yes, I would be interested in bigger stuff, too.

I love the ergonomics of single action revolvers. I always check grips for two things, first the straight alignment with my forearm in both windage and elevation and consistency to achieve it. How does it rate by that standard?

Well, my 'sixgun' bore axis has become alien to me. I was years and years ago much better with this style of firearm, and I have a feeling that the pistols are doing their half of the bargain and waiting for me to catch up.
I ised to be good enough with guns like this that I could extend my arm and point at something with my index finger, then use the same finger to work the trigger and hit it. Like a can at 10 yards or so, very fast. Now I am at the stage where I am trying to adapt my natural point of aim to wjere I can go hot immediately out of the holster but it will take work. I am pretty sure these are accurate guns, I just have to get used to the feel and the sights again.

I know the holster is done but have you considered the veridian laser for it to help with small game
