  • Barre Class Workout | 25 minutes of Cardio For Toned Lean Legs
    This Barre Class Workout is a fusion barre class of some of my favourite barre exercises with a legs and cardio focus, set to a HIIT circuit timer. It is designed to sculpt your ballerina body, giving you long lean legs. This is a 25 minute workout that you can do at home. The only equipment you will need is a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor, and a Pilates ball if you have one - otherwise you can modify to make do without or use a blown up balloon as an alternative.

    This 25 minute barre class is a barre workout, legs workout and cardio workout. This barre class workout will give you toned legs and improve your cardio fitness. If you've always wanted a ballerina body, do this ballet workout and barre workout for home. This is an online barre workout (online workout), and a barre class workout for fast results. It is a barre class workout at home and a barre workout with weight. Using a combination of ballet and pilates at the ballet barre, this pilates barre is a barre challenge as it is an advanced barre workout, but for all levels and so much fun.
