Pryor drove me out of my mind today. He was absolutley out of line in questioning juors and over stepping preaching of the law when he knows he was breaking rules. I can see exactly how dirty he is going to be in this trial. Hang on tight.😠

Prior very clearly does not want parents on the jury. He's not even being subtle about it.
My mother had 5 children and she ran her own business, kept house, and knew everything we kids were doing at all times. Guess what, John, mothers can multitask effortlessly. Jerk,

We can all see that John is trying his absolute hardest to see to it that no parents are on the jury and it sounds like he's almost guilting them into not doing it
Prior doesn't want jurors with small children because this evidence obviously will hit them differently.

Anytime I'm watching a trial with a slow talking main character, I wait a couple hours into the day so I can start listening at 1.5 speed. Otherwise I just can't 😄

Yes, the new prosecutors are: Ingrid Batey (Deputy Attorney General for Idaho), Rocky Wixom (Lindsey Blake's Assistant Prosecutor for Fremont County). Yes, Linda, I agree with your assessments about this voir dire! 💯 Also, did you notice how in general, it seemed like John Prior didn't want people with kids on the jury? And I think that's because he knows his client, Chad Daybell, is accused of murdering children and perspective jurors who are parents won't like that about Chad and may be more likely to find him guilty?

Hi Linda! Here we go. We have been waiting a long time for this one. I am very curious to find out how this is going to go. Will Chad throw Lori under the bus? I'm sure if JP has his way, he will. It's a given that they will try to pin the majority of it on Alex. But Lori.... I don't know. I'm also curious to see if any of the Daybell children will finally support their mother for a change. I doubt they will be in court. They will watch from home. That alone will be a sign they are still backing their dad. I know Tammy's aunt Vicki was there today. She is an amazing woman. I really wish Chad's sister in law Heather Daybell could attend the trial but noooo she got a subpoena from none other than John Prior. I encourage anyone who has not seen the interview Heather Daybell did with John and Lauren from Hidden True Crime to go back and watch it. She is married to Chad's brother and she had so much to say about Chad. Amazing insights. I'm still... befuddled that Melani Pawlowski wasn't arrested. She was clearly part of the plan to kill her ex-husband Brandon. I just want everyone involved in this creepy delusional murder spree to be held accountable and I think there should be more to come.

I was watching the livestream on day 1 and when he started calling jurors out if they nodded or smiled, I was like 🙄.. it didn't take long to turn it off, I couldn't stand his prying and lingering on... I'd rather wait for your recap honestly!

The jury not liking the lawyers is so huge in my opinion I think it is nearly as important as every piece of evidence it's not a little more and John is not going to be liked 6:09

I did not see this, but by listening to your recap of events, it sounds like John didn't want anyone in there who seemed like they were an active parent..for obvious reasons. i.e., your client is a cold-hearted child killer. (allegedly 🙄) I can't imagine the lady juror took too kindly to the way he made those comments and that it would fare well for him in the long run. I know I'd go into it already not caring for him.
This is going to be the longest, most aggravating trial in history due to Priors shenanigans!!! He's trying the case with potential jurors before it even starts!

It seems as though John is trying to be removed since he was denied his request to be removed as the attorney.
I couldn't watch the whole thing, I think I got an hour, hour and a half. But the "agreement" part was when I joined a live stream and I am amazed I was even able to make it for that time.
I think any juror is going to find John P. very distatesful & arrogant. Then, when he overtly states or implies he & his client are at disadvantages (boo-hoo tiny 🎻)for one reason or another, including 'team size', OMG - I think that will backfire in a spectacular & tremendous fashion...
Yet to in the news video John P just did he stated that it was good he has 3plus years to go over the evidence.
I remember how abrasive and annoying Pryor was representing Daybell in previous proceedings. I don’t expect him to be any less so during this trial. I don’t think his personality benefits his client, even though jurors will have promised to be impartial. It’s difficult to listen to his constant objections, lengthy questioning and irritating personality without becoming totally turned, off by him. Fasten your seatbelts, we’re in for a bumpy ride.
Like we didn't already have an impression of John Prior😵💫. Thanks for watching for us. I'm trying to limit my time listening him by not watching until the trial itself starts.
John Prior thinks this is all about him; the amount of time that he use the word "I" or refer to himself or to his ex-wife was absolutely nauseating 🤢
