Emma obviously knew the kids were buried there. She asks no questions. She is a weirdo like her dad. What daughter wouldn't be mortified that their father has dead kids buried in his yard?
It's very wierd I know I would totally freak out if I found out there were human remains in my parent's backyard & I'd flip if my mother died & my father married immediately after in a wedding on a beach! The most appalling thing is that Emma puts the blame solely on Lori yet she is having contact with Lori. A total betrayal to her mother.
Chad made a HUGE mistake with that phone call by saying “I don’t know if I’ll be able to talk…they’re searching the yard”. Like you said…if he knew nothing about the kids being in his yard, etc..he wouldn’t have any reason to say what he did

I think that Emma Daybell has an unusually strong instinct for fawning to power hierarchies that surround her, and then enmeshing herself into them. Lori was the new "It-Girl", and Tammy was "yesterday's newspaper".

I couldn’t help, however, to notice how pretty she is, and how much she resembles her mother, Tamara Douglas Daybell.
Tammy was mother-of-five children , intelligent librarian, hard working, devoted wife.
Pardon my provincialism, but I think Tammy’s “Ivory Girl” skin, minimal, if any, makeup, modest style of dress, and fabulous smile far-more appealing, and straight-up beautiful than Lori’s fake and evil appearance.
Why didn’t that worthless loser, Chad Guy, just divorce her and allow her to find a fine man, who would adored her?
Silly personal thing is that I felt that weird bond that can happen between strangers, merely because they share the same birthday, which I do with Tammy.

I don’t comment much, but I’ve followed you since our-sweet Gannon was missing, and it’s been fun watching your channel grow.
What I’ve not said, I don’t think, is I chose to watch your coverage, back then, because I am severely, lifelong, hearing impaired. I watch with captions.
But, if a voice has a clear pitch, speech articulate and perfectly paced, well annunciated, I can actually hear your words, along with mouth read/ lip read, and captions pick up almost every word, because your voice and language are perfect as a human voice can get.
Lol, and I bet you either grew up with a hearing impaired person, or you’re totally unaware that your presentation is that professionally executed.
Plus, you’re so sweet, intelligent, ❤beautiful looking, and so pleasant to watch.

What really bothers me is that while Chad and Lori are off in Hawaii getting married, Chad had to know his own children were back in Idaho mourning the death of their mother. I don't understand how his children are dealing with this. Just heartbreaking. Much less his smiling demeanor only days after his wife's death.

My first question if it was my parents, mom or dad, why the hell are their dead bodies being dug up in our yard?
Chad actually had ONE prophesy come true. The one he predicted about his life having "two segments." One with Tammy and one in prison. He should have been move prophetic about the in between.
He also predicted the end of life was going to happen in JULY he was a month off the end of Chad & Lori's was actually JUNE! Maybe he was mistaken??????
I keep thinking back to her being depressed and taking pills .Do we actually know she was diagnosed with depression? I take antidepressants but for my menopausal hot flushes as I don’t want HRT .Also dumbell kids women of a certain tend to take a lot of herbs / vitamins as everything is draining from our bodies it doesn’t mean someone is ill.Emma came across awful on that video yesterday,cold hearted and completely disrespectful to her lovely mum Tammy 😢
The day the kids were found was a horrible day. Nate was flying over in the helicopter. We saw Chad arrested. It was all hope was lost for finding the kids.
I just wanted to take the time to let you know I appreciate how much work you are putting in during this trial being live for court all day and then taking time to record these videos every evening you are really doing a great job and I know that is a lot of work! Thank you so much!
I really appreciate you doing these recaps for those of us who either can't watch the trial or can't stomach watching it, as in my case😊. That defense attorney just triggers some very negative emotions for me. Very.

Sorry... _Not Sorry_ Chad's kids knew! Emma doesn't ask any questions at all regarding the kids buried in their dad's backyard. I'd be trembling and trying to understand what's happening, but that doesn't seem to be the case here...she appears to already know.

The Galley incident.: Lauren from Hidden True Crime stated this morning that it was her and her neighbor sitting with her. She was putting her phone away and didn't stand up immediately when the jury came back in. So, at the next break, the baillif asked her and her friend to not come back due to not standing up for the jury. She explained to him that it was not intentional as she was putting her phone away. She is going back this morning and was told that they could come back. That is what happened.
The loyalty of Chad's children is a factor here. I have a relative who was a right shyster. He was involved in a fraud case and when he got caught he transferred all his assets in to his daughter's name. She was totally in on it and was ready to work with her dad. Emma is the one who was ready to do anything to protect Chad.
Why did he give $8,000 to certain one's of his kid's! Probably the one's testifying! Isn't that witness tampering?
Can you imagine chitchatting with your mothers killer in prison. I can understand why she wants to play down her father’s role but talking with Lori. Poor Tammy she must be rolling over in her grave

Nate Eaton from East Idaho News said there was a lot of whispering in the gallery and the jury could hear it or it was within their earshot so that’s the reason the judge wasn’t happy with the gallery and lessened how many people could be in there.

Thanks for putting this summary together!! I’m so sick of smarmy Chad and just want to see justice done. I wasn’t aware of Emma’s actions but it sure seems she had some knowledge of what was happening. I don’t get Chad’s kids but after watching how this case grew from the point where 2 kids were “missing“ I shouldn’t be surprised by any people involved.
Chad, Emma and Lori have no knowledge about love. Emma sounds as if she knew about how her mom had died. What monsters.

Chad had obviously already prepared his daughter for that moment - but it is still devastating for a child when they find out who their parent(s) really are. I am sure psychologists can explain her or the Morphew girls' behavior. I certainly don't understand it.

He said while in the back of the cruiser, “I made it as far as the Fremont county line.” A little later Emma had bananas she needed to get out of his vehicle “for his trip” if I’m not mistaken. She offers them to the detectives etc. Please tell me I’m not the only one who caught that?

He was not trying to hide anything. "I won't be coming back." I feel sorry for his children, yet their denial is frustrating.
John Prior's outrage that Tammy was exhumed! 1) as he well knows, the law doesn't have to take adult children's feeeeeeelz into account. Their obligation is to find the truth. and, John Prior also acts like she was in her 80s and died in her sleep.
Chad was watching them work in that field from his truck. If he didn’t know what they would find, then he wouldn’t have known when to flee because he would have no way of knowing where anything was or what was there. As soon as they uncovered JJ’s remains, he floored that gas pedal. He knew.

I’m listening to the trial in its entirety but it’s nice to have validation of the jawdropping moments (i.e. “There’s nothing in the house.” If you’re innocent you likely wouldn’t even bring that up b/c you have nothing to hide!). Also, I thought of you and your followers when I saw not only a yellow tie on Chad BUT a light blue shirt and a haircut it would seem! I’m tired of the white shirt so good on him!
Donna Serafina is a CZcamsr and a psychic medium. She led the police to this location with the letter saying the children were buried there and every bit of the description that they saw she’s amazing ,if she hadn’t intervened they probably would’ve gotten away with this.

Both knew the gig was up...right? Nothing makes any sense if they are innocent...Chad is caught..he knows it's finally over...the process is now beginning...Chad is loving the attention..so sick on many levels...
