Both Melanie’s and the other circle of Lori’s friends were doing castings of all who have died. They all knew what was going on and should be charged along with Lori and Chad. I don’t know how they walk around and do interviews knowing they are just as responsible. I hope in the end they are all charged and go to prison .. they are pathetic!!!!

I watched John Prior in the pre-trial faze. He was very powerfully arrogant, but at the time I thought he was serving his client by fighting hard for who & what evidence came inm. I just assumed he would drop the arrogance attitude at the trial. He's just as bad! Omg! So bad! I watch a lot of trials and I know a lot of Lawyers but I've never seen his style ever. It's very off putting in a trial.
The patriarchal blessing will do him in. It really ties everything together. Proves he was alllll in.

When the judge speaks around 4:48, just after Prior's final whine,
what the judge is doing is....slapping Prior in the face. Fairly politely. But VERY obviously.
Saying "the JURY decides who is credible" (not YOU Prior) and "the COURT decides what evidence is allowed in or denied"(not YOU Prior).
So...good work Prior. Keep pissing off the Judge when you don't need to.

I just can’t cope with priors cross examinations he’s clutching at the moment, not saying it will stay this way but the first 4 days everything that the prosecution has presented has been the way things were at that time. Nothing for prior to get his teeth into 🥴
So, Prior's strategy is to make everyone else guilty and Chad is just a victim of Lori valloow. That's laughable...JEEZE
Charles always struck me as such a good man. What Alex, Lori & Chad did to him, Tammie, JJ and Tylee was beyond disgusting. I hope he meets his maker ASAP. As a side note for the life of me I cannot see how Lori was ever attracted to Chad. He always reminds me of a widemouthed Frog! Certainly not worth killing her children and husband for.

@redsassyfox1912 Lori's team was provoded by tax dollars, Prior is a provate attorney, actually not suited for murder trials and that is painfully obvious. He also is only getting paid because he did a Quick Deed sale of Chad's house to himself for payment.

I actually feel somwhat sorry for Alex Cox. Lori and Chad used that poor man to do their dirty work! Then they used him as a scapegoat. They had him believing that what he did was protecting his sister and not performing total evil. I am sure Alex knew deep inside it was wrong but they had him believing it was the only way to get rid of these so called demons or zombies! They both deserve to rot in jail!! They are so sick and twisted!! I pray for all of those poor people who were killed by these nuts!!

For such a genius the defense lawyer does not know the difference between patriarchal and parochial (if you listen to the last 5 minutes of his cross of the detective. Noone else in the courtroom bothered to correct it (such was the obvious boredom).
What kind of strategy is Prior trying here? When a lawyer tries to repeatedly put words in witnesses' mouths, as a juror I wouldn't believe a thing they say.

@lyndachabane1931 Chad ran out of money. Prior filed a motion to not be his lawyer anymore but the judge denied it and said it doesn't matter and he has to represent him.

Prior owns Chad's house when he did a Quick Claim Deed sale to him, but beyond that, he isn't receiving anymore funds because Chad ran out of money/assets. Prior even told the judge that he doesn't care that he isn't getting paid because he wants to stay on the trial. He waa trying to argue for state funds to pay for his services; however, he isn't a state appointed attorney and doesn't even have the certification to be a lawyer with the death penalty on the trial, but Chad didn't want someone else to take this AND the judge didn't want to postpone this triap for another year or so.

I thought defence we're doing a great job given the circumstances. Many dark revelations here though. The fire,, the shooting at Brandy finally sounds as if they will follow this drawing in Mel. Many things. A cold strangulation of Tammy it's astounding from Latter day saints. Incredulous even.
