Same goes for every other muscle on the body,... if one don't use it; will lose it. Same as with learned languages, muscial instrument; don't use, don't practise, sayonara
@@jamesolojo787 it's also from the abuse on the body from competitive body building. Injuries will stop people from being able to train. Franco Columbo messed up his huge back and shrunk over the years.
you're the fucking idiot. These guys transform like this because they stop using massive amounts of steroids like they did while in peak competition form. End of story. How old are you? Btw, WWE is fake and they mostly all abuse the shit out of AAS as well. Edit:: Nm...just saw your username. nice bait.
its not that they were just off the stuff. Most of the guys had a all or nothing mentality that means when they stopped competing they also stopped, lifting and ate crap all the time. So no wonder that they look like average nonlifters when they actually have the lifestyle of a couchpotaoe. It's "use it or lose it, baby"
Yannic I think it's more of a case that most drug built bodybuilders just have no idea how to train naturally. Most of your attention should be on getting stronger on big compound movements, brief workouts, adequate recuperation and eating well. Most of that high rep, drop set pumping shit des you work for naturals.
You have no idea what you are talking about. You can train like a sissy either on gear or not on gear. It doesn't matter. Training to failure builds new muscle tissue, regardless of gear or not. Doing 3-4, 12-15 rep, heavy sets will destroy muscle tissue enough to build muscle with just 3-4 days a week of workouts. This low weight high rep nonsense doesn't build muscle. It will help with recovery though, from lactic acid crystallization in the muscle tissue. So you do not have immense pain the following days after doing the heavy sets. So in reality, you need both moderate reps, high weight, and low weight high reps to effectively build muscle without severe pain.
I do not, I repeat, do NOT salute these former pro oil spills when they lose all of their gains. At least hit the gym a little. No need to be anorexic on the daily, baby please...
Valoro85 Not like the rapid gain loss of rental muscles. I've been lifting all natty for decades, I can take a break and not lift at all for one year but still keep 75% of my gains if my diet is okay. Post roid shrinkage is the opposite, you loose 75% mass - and the decline is very rapid too. I've seen monsters turn into nothing in a matter of 7-8 weeks when they come off ALL drugs, and without the juice they very rarely have the strength or mental capacity to train. Roid muscles melt like ice cubes in the sun. It really is rental muscles and when the power of the juice runs out you have to return the muscles. It's the brutal truth about chemicals.
The Loyalty Of These Gains Ain't Loyal !!! at 1:46 you can see Number 3 Tom Prince and Number 2 in the Back Ground Mustafa Mohammad!!! who knew back then that these 2 will lose all their gains !! u can't trust these gains brahhhs!
Say if some these guys were healthy enough for another cycle lifted for a month and then cycled again would they get all the gains back if not be even stronger.
We don't know the whole story of the pro's that lose all their gains. Maybe they had injuries. Arthritis / tendon issues. Health issues. Maybe they grew to hate lifting (when you do something you love as a job, and are forced to do it, it can become something you no longer love doing). Maybe some had the mentality that if they couldn't go all out, they wouldn't do it at all. There are countless reasons why they might not have continued to look good / decent being natural.
Wow .... love all the videos and commentary !!......We grew up following the exact same bodybuilders. Started training and reading all the magazines in 1996... God to see your CZcams success! Keep it up !
great video. I love the way you gave honest props to these guys without giving judgement cause who really knows their full story and why they declined. Besides no one stays on top forever. Nice job.
commentary is ALWAYS entertaining as well as informative from the lui-meister! those who don't like it, DON'T LISTEN, cuz you lack taste and are jealous of his creativity!! :D
Those gains are not loyal!!😂😲 I wonder is the reason they lost those gains because there were taking test & afterwards they messed up there bodies natural ability to make the testosterone & maintain that muscle??
How old are you? I still lift and I am 51 years old. I have maintained some of what I once had but injuries over the years left some wear and tear. I train for longevity now. A lot of former professional body builders become to beat up and burned out to continue training. Then after roids, boom goes the dynamite.
Its a good thing for most of these guys that "their gains were not loyal" Now they all have a chance at longer lives where they can develop the most important things in life...Love and Family!
that's why nothing's better than growing natural muscle .. my father used to hike and walk a LOT ! his calves and quads are still massive even though he's 70 now
You sound like a cross between Ali G and Pepe' Lepue andI am diggin' this me brah....Also ,that picture of Flex Wheeler caught me offa my guardr brah...If you didn't know ya'd neva' know ya know dis
Amazing how once these guys are off the juice they look like your ordinary guy...also amazing how they shaped their bodies to such levels with obviously the help of the gear...
Have to agree with others: Nice commentary man! Sounds like Spanish or similar is your first language. But your commentary in English is very good: you are both interested in what you say while you are laid back somewhat, and most importantly you are respectful about those about whom your speak. A very nice mix! May all your words be good...!
This is Really Shocking. I use to do juice and train for a bodybuilder build I had a few massive stacks of FLEX and Muscle and Fitness mags and then I stopped around the year 2001. I moved locations left all my mags behind got off the juice and never really looked back. These guys were in all those magazines and were the competitors of the mid 90s through early 2000s. Really Really Shocking but also reassuring about my own losses. This is what happens when you get off the juice and all the supplements. your body goes back to what it wants to be puny and weak. Cheers Yall what a blast from the past
Moral of the story:
Don't train your hammies, because if you do you'll lose all your gains
Matthew Carson No salute bestowed upon thee!!
LOL, that's propah. Don't train your hammiieees. Baby, pleeease!
allllll yoooouurr gaaaiiiinnnzzz
Same goes for every other muscle on the body,... if one don't use it; will lose it.
Same as with learned languages, muscial instrument; don't use, don't practise, sayonara
no mon. the moral is your gainz are not loyyyaalll!
Something I have learnt from watching Lui for long enough: Anabolic Chicken gains are NEVER loyal.
"That's what happens when you get off creatine and glutamine." LMAO!
Nope it's when u don't train 6 times a week with a strict diet and u get off steroids. Creatine does not make u muscular like that
@@jamesolojo787 it's also from the abuse on the body from competitive body building. Injuries will stop people from being able to train. Franco Columbo messed up his huge back and shrunk over the years.
without steroids they going back to the normal human form
you're the fucking idiot. These guys transform like this because they stop using massive amounts of steroids like they did while in peak competition form. End of story. How old are you? Btw, WWE is fake and they mostly all abuse the shit out of AAS as well.

it the steroids that why you loose the gains,,muscle based on drugs is not real
Only Me

Roids provides rental muscles.

Valoro85 with enough food and maintenence training you can retain a solid physique late into your life
a natty bro trying to make himself feel righteous? stop training for a year for real and let's see how you turn out
ventende your balls are loyal brah. That's the motivation of me being natty
NIaItIhIaInI the thing is brah, it's much easier to keep your current gains if your balls are still loyal.
Championship Bodybuilder - FORMER MR. 'O' CONFESSIONS SEEN NATIONALLY ON YES TV. Watch video here: czcams.com/video/1FSvmxT_2YM/video.html
All that remains from taking juice is their shrunken balls. :D
Stay natural, guys.

Say if some these guys were healthy enough for another cycle lifted for a month and then cycled again would they get all the gains back if not be even stronger.
NO gains are ever loyal.

Was also wondering if some of these pics of small dudes are before shots and not after shots.
It's a sport..Very hard on your liver this one is..I think it's smart to get off the juice when you no longer need it
"Hammies baby please"-😂😂😂😂😂
Wow .... love all the videos and commentary !!......We grew up following the exact same bodybuilders. Started training and reading all the magazines in 1996... God to see your CZcams success! Keep it up !

Paulzilla was on cryptonite.
they all are on creatine bro.
Creatine is not bad though. You don't lose that much if you just watch the limit of 5g per day. More is bad for your liver, too.
creatine? u joking right
Bodybuilding For Life If you mean me, no?
Actually he took testanex HGH,three different steroids Primabolan sustanin 250 anadrol and a form of trembolin and insulin.
I love this guys commentary too!! Just too funny.
great video. I love the way you gave honest props to these guys without giving judgement cause who really knows their full story and why they declined. Besides no one stays on top forever. Nice job.

yea, it's silly, but I think he's funny as hell
I love your Accent dude!!!
When you do it natural for decades the gains are loyal even when you stop.
More like top 5 steroids abusers.
Damn...better buy some more creatine and glutamine, just in case...go a couple days without it and 💨 there goes your gains
Gosh all those bodybuilders certainly brought back memories back in the early years when I started training.
Incredible. The same thing happened to me.
Great commentary... propa' salute!
Lost their roid gains.
commentary is hilarious lol "baby please"
wow. That blows my mind how you can lose all the muscle. makes me happy to have what I've gained naturally.
How old are you? I still lift and I am 51 years old. I have maintained some of what I once had but injuries over the years left some wear and tear. I train for longevity now.
A lot of former professional body builders become to beat up and burned out to continue training. Then after roids, boom goes the dynamite.
it's a healthy decision to lose their muscle when it's at that level it's hard on the heart
