Long time Kansas Citian here. Don't believe everything you see on CZcams. If this is middle-class KC, it's lower middle class.

My parents own a house they remodeled of the years. They keep calling them asking do they want sell their house for 40,000 like somebody stupid

Those prices may sound good until you realize that those houses were 70-80K, 2-3 years ago. So they've doubled in price in a couple years while the people who would like to buy houses like this are probably making the same or less in salary.

Safer than 70 percent of Florida, this is what happens when Americans keep manufacturing jobs here.

Kansas City is one of the most violent cities in the U.S. but Florida is worse than Kansas as a whole

The reason you don't see a lot of tricks is because the city clears & treats the streets faultless quickly when it snows. So you're able to drive any car even in bad weather. Moving from KC to Dallas I see how well the city cleared the streets unlike they do when it snows in Dallas. You can forget about going anywhere even if it just smows an inch in Dallas lol.

Forget the snow it's the ice storms that's the problem
