- In this video I run through the entire installation process of the Torqit Airbox Upgrade. First step of my Snorkel upgrade.
Obviously I am not an Suzuki expert or official mechanic, so if I can install this modification into my JB74 then so can you!

I got an ECU flash on mine. Made a huge difference, guessing weighing f.all really helps with that. Any little gain is significant

It seems that airfilter is upside down.
You should have pleat side into the airflow for more surface area(look at how the OE filter had this orientation), the mesh is the back side and should be the part that air comes out of.
The filter should also have a directional arrow to indicate airflow path.
Your reaction made me want this, but sadly I cant find a UK seller. The aftermarket sene her is great so I sure there is an equivalent. Never wanted a snorkel as dust is not the problem here! however, Jimny's are slow the world over! Thanks for the Video

You can get header exhausts ecu flash ( supercharger) which i recommend to transform it also turbo which i dint recommend all from ozjimny australia. Or bullet cars queensland do it too. Which would be better because they are not just on line. Dont leave them stock they boring stock
Keen for this Airbox. Was it much heavier than stock??
Can I ask now you’ve been driving it a while would you consider adding the Torquit exhaust and would you consider remapping the ECU with Torqit?

What car model is that air filter from?
Late series Holdens eg. Commodore ect.
I highly doubt this has any effect on the performance cause the diameter of the tubes and throttle body the air passes through are still the same.
Maybee it sounds different than stock what's tricks you into thinking it's faster.
Same effect as a sports louder exhaust.
Also I'm pretty sure the filter mat is the wrong way around.
The metal mesh should be the clean side of the filter.
The mesh will support the fabric while air is rushing through.
Is ur jimny manual or auto transmission?
