Super helpful Bailey! I am an avid user of Everbee---looove it! I will implement this right away. I am looking forward to your upcoming Q&A. I have digital products in the works but am primarily pod right now. I have been brainstorming what to send subscribers as a freebie that would be enticing. Most of them wouldn't be interested in a digital item. 2024 will be a LOT more digital for my shop. You always bring such quality tutorials and information Bailey. I appreciate you!💖

I'm curious how their system will allow to offerr incentives directly. For example like you have access to free designs for those who join, does it have a way to add attachments to an email you send out then? Or is it a matter of setting files up somewhere and a link goes in the email? Time is so limited I need to be able to automate as much as possible
You'll just want to direct to the link of wherever you're hosting them in your confirmation email!

Does email marketing only send messages to customers who purchase later or is there a way to send messages to customers who have purchased before?
Only to those who have subscribed will be enters into your email sequence and available to you to send emails to.
Please tell me how many items I should post on my Etsy store for a print on demand shop? my shop is a few months old and am just now starting to get a sale a day, but I would like to grow my store to gain more momentum and also credability.
There is not really a magic number since it will vary based on your niche/design style. However, the more items you list the more you can usually see what works and what doesn't so you can only concentrate on the types that are converting.

How to set up for a hybrid shop?
I would still use a digital product as your 'lead magnet' to get them to sign up for your list. Is that what you were meaning?
@digitallypurposedbailey yeah, that is also helpful. How to set up order confirmation, shipment confirmation, delivery confirmation, and review request for a hybrid type of shop? For digital items, we don't need to use shipment confirmation and delivery confirmation.
