For an established Etsy seller such as yourself, do you still really utilize low competition keywords for new products? I could see that important for new sellers but I thought it won’t matter a lot for a shop with 10000+ reviews.
In fact, if you had another social media like Pinterest or Facebook where you post new designs to customers, SEO would probably not matter either.
Correct, I do not focus on it nearly as much as I did before and my VA now handles it. And that is true for driving you're own SM traffic as well. But for new shops, it is highly important if you are not bringing your own traffic.
Hi Bailey! Thank you for this video. I love your channel. Would you consider doing a video on licensing our artwork/designs? I’m so confused on what I should allow. I see many people don’t allow their designs for POD users and some do with a purchase of an extended licence. Some have limited commercial licenses and some don’t say anything at all. I’m in the middle of rebranding my Etsy shop and focusing on digital sublimation designs. I am stuck on what to do/say for how my designs can be used. Help!
Hi Jennifer! I can definitely add it on the list for the future. I will say that for sublimation designs specifically, most will need some type of commercial license just because the majority make the physical products to then sell. So they kind of need it for their own business which is why mine is set up that way :)
