It’s been 7 months so hopefully you already got the answers to the questions but here it is anyway 1) No 3 is the max for free Apple developer ID’s its unlimited for paid Apple developer ID’s 2) Just open sideloadly and connect your phone using cable and it should immediately start the refresh process
when i turn on developer mode my internet speed gets reduced, so i turned it off now the developer disappeared from privacy and security WTF how to find it ? and how to solve the network problem?

What worked for me was going under advanced options in the Anisette Authencation section press download so it can change to local.
its staying in signing an it doest change for like 20 min
