How do you find, research and choose a network to join under?
This video was so incredibly helpful! I am working on studying to get my real estate license and begin my career in this field and have been doing tons of research on brokers and which options would be the best for a new agent who has tons of questions and needs lots of training. Do you think EXP would be a good fit for a new agent? Or would it be better to get experience at a brokerage with an actual brick and mortar location and then move on to EXP?

Can you join under a network from a different state or is everyone from the same state in one network?
Jessica Alicia The cool part about EXP is that we are a National Brokerage with ZERO franchises. That means that we are all mixed in together from all different states. No Network is comprised of agents from just 1 state. You join under a PERSON that aligns with your goals regardless of where they are and you’re able to plug into the systems and resources they have available for you. I am in TX and have agents that have joined me in FL, DC, MD, VA, and KY!
You can join under anyone, from anywhere, anytime. just make sure their goals align with yours💥

Have you seen hard, quantifiable results from leads coming in from KVCore?
Anthony LaBorde - Living in Atlanta Absolutely! I personally drive leads in a million different ways that I could honestly get rid of most and just rock with KV Core. I recently integrated my FB Ads with it on the back end CRM and use the landing pages. There’s literally so much you can do with it.... It’s similar to like a Boomtown and you can generate tons of leads. More importantly, you can keep up with them with the backend CRM. But yes, I’ve seen quantifiable leads that are converting and know many high level producers that run their entire teams and organization using KV Core as the nucleus. You just have to know how to use it 🤷🏽♀️

I am a new agent and I would like to know how does eXp help with panic situations? For example let's say other agent is awful and doing shady stuff and wont release contingencies and asks for unreasonable things and you think the deal is blowing up and your client wants to go to mediation. How would they help?
TeaPips The sane way any other Brokerage helps. Reach out to your local Managing Broker or State Broker via text, email, phone, Workplace, or however else they’ve given you contact info. And get them involved....🤷🏽♀️
"...if you join under a network that has their shit together". So there's a chance that I could end up with a network at EXP that doesn't?
TeaPips You could totally end up joining under someone that’s your friend or someone you know and they’re not really plugged in and haven’t built our systems or run a successful business. So you definitely need to research who to join under and how they align with your goals and where you want to go with your business.
TeaPips EXP in and of itself has LOTS of tools, and you technically don’t have to join under anyone. And if you’re a go-getter you’ll do fine. It’s just that joining under someone that’s built what you’re trying to build will put you on the fast track to building your business.
Would you recommend a brand new agent to start with EXP? I just passed my exam and am looking for a brokerage who has a mentor program and more training on becoming a successful agent.

How’d you get your brokerage brokered by EXP?
CEO QH Real Estate My Brokerage isn’t Brokered by EXP. A brokerage in and of itself cannot be brokered by another. Keller Williams cannot be brokered by RE Max or Century 21. Myself and my agents simply moved our licenses over to EXP instead of my brokerage.
One of my friends recommended your channel. I’m also with EXP so it’s cool to hear someone else joined that heard the same negatives I hear all the time. I’ve subscribed and enjoyed the content!

Not everyone’s cup of tea - but when you market to EVERYONE, you market to NO ONE. My tribe sees the value in my content and they appreciate my genuine delivery. Jose Hernandez - Marketer Ninja It was my brokerage but is now a team under EXP. This is for agents and team leaders alike. Has nothing to do with whether you’re a Broker or not. You can assemble a team, join an existing team, or work as an individual agent. It’s all up to you.
