- Another video sharing with you guys some more mods that I 3D modeled for my Full Size Spirit Proton Pack. The little faux switches and missing hat light on the thrower bothered me so I had to fix this issue. I share with you guys what I've done thus far to correct the issue and make this proton pack even better then what we got out of the box. I'm excited to share and I hope you enjoy!

Looks very good! The faux toggles came out better than i expected. When i mod the wand, I definitely will check out your prints, but also throw in a real switch for the power!

I saw on another channel, someine made a replacement for the crank knob ,but it involves cutting into the pack...
Maybe you can come up with one that fits over the existing one
It looks like Tacobelli on Etsy already did it. Unfortunately because of the design the crank knob has to be quite enlarged so it's a little off scale but nonetheless it still looks better then what comes with the pack and better then having to cut anything out.

@@jimbear62 I saw a video where the seller drilled a small hole and screwed the knob on, but it also looks like you could just use a small dot of hot glue, just like all of Chris's mods.
Ordered. Now you just gotta come up with a faux bar graph to top off the switches.

@@ChrisBoshProps it's a cool looking wand with the brown rub through on the grips. But it needs the missing graph. Face needs the depth.
All that work... But that upside down sticker ...
On the Venkman screen used pack the silver Danger sticker is upside down, so it's correct.
I would definitely order the gun mounts with the V hook. However, when mine arrived, it arrived with the V hook, broken off of the proton pack. I am hoping for someone to come up with a design, or I can put some bolts through there and the v-hook will be sturdy. I would love to buy that gun rack with v-hook, do you have a solution for the the hook that fits on the proton pack?
I'd probably just glue it back in place or improve it like you said by adding some bolts. My ion arm broke off as well but it was my own mishandling and im just gluing it back on with epoxy glue. The pack is pretty fragile.
Surprised you’re not doing anything for the light recesses in the rifle.

@@ChrisBoshProps Doesn’t the top of the rifle have these three rectangular lights on top next to that silver knob? On the Spirit pack it’s just indented spaces not even colored to look like it’s supposed to light up. I would have thought you’d glue some resin pieces into those spaces to simulate how the actual pack looks.
Any mods for making it louder??
Is it possible to swap out the Spirit neutrona wand for the Hasbro wand?

Those are great. Way to think outside of the box. Have you seen the containment unit for a key chain. If you 3D printed them people would buy them from you no one is making them.
Just got the full-size spirit pack. And it won't even turn on. Changed with new batteries twice just to make sure. Hope there is a good, easy, full replacement install kit.
Sounds like you might have a defect. If its not working with fresh batteries its probably a loose wire that needs to be resoldered, an easy job. If thats too much work for you and you have the receipt I'd just exchange it.

So sales are final. Can do a little fix, but I'm hoping to learn more watching videos.
Have the Haslab pack. But I'm thinking learning mods would be better on the spirit pack first.

Real toggle switches would have been far better, they cost about 2 bux.
Yeah but you would have to cut into your thrower, not everyone wants to do that
