  • This video is me sharing my insights after being back in London after 8 months away. And funny how life works, it sent me to an event which was 2 mins walk away from the office of my first corporate job.
21 year old Raj, struggling with his mind, hyper sensitive nervous system, and bags of potential....
Hear the story in this video. I am certain it will inspire you
Remember this video is about me, but for the purpose of inspiring your own insights.
So please share what comes up for you in the comments. 21 year old Raj. And 35 year old, wiser and more confident Raj, would both love to hear.

So lovely to hear your joy Raj! I love that you went down memory lane, smiling in calm enthusiasm. I visited Bloomsbury recently for a workshop with Marianne Williamson, and my dear friend was singing at the event. I experienced London in a whole new way, with spirit, fun and laughter, not shaken up like I used to feel. Thank God for meditation and faith, so transformative in tangible, profound ways ❤

Nice to hear your experience of London, it is what we make it isn't it. I keep finding that its my inner state that determines it all. Having said that, i also realise, i do not need to expose myself to too much outer structures, radio signals and chaos at once either. In small doses, its great. And as you said with your example, within the city there are beautiful specific places to go to find the things you are interested in

Thank you for sharing! I feel like this as well from time to time. Its an alter ego/identity that we have inside of us ruled by anxiety and self-doubt. We have to remind ourselves that these are fictitious stories that have bear no truth whatsoever. It is just about how we see ourselves. Nervous system regulation is so important to calm our minds down to allow us to refocus on what's true, which is we are capable and we are worthy.

thanks for sharing your learnings in the comments. You are right, nervous system regulation is important, as well as purpose driven living. What i realised was that i didn't quite want to be cooped up in that kind of job, being told to speak about something I didn't care about. It's just not me, hence my body rebelled along with it

As someone who has hidden under desks in offices due to crippling social anxiety, going back to the streets of that experience would also make me so emotional. I'm a little better now - at least now, I know what it is, I had no clue it was something back then (I know! I thought I was weak and a loser) My passion, strength and survival lies with animals. I'm so grateful I found my therapy in these precious animals. Thanks for sharing you story. (and I love London sooo much, especially the bits away from the tourists, just getting lost in the streets etc)

thanks for your reply on this video, its a secret club isn't it. I didn't talk about it for the longest of times, until i realised that my discoveries could help a lot of people. It sounds like you've found your way to move through it. I love the animal part.
