I don’t mean to brag, but having gone through a phase of PCOD, borderline diabetes, almost absent periods, treatments, side effects, weight gain as a result..
and then making a decision to start walking regularly & then eventually doing yoga, and yoga making me self aware...
I learnt everything Rujuta is saying from experience.. all that she’s saying I discovered in that journey of mine..
I refuse checking my weight even in hospitals, I don’t follow diet fads, I don’t eat junk, I eat homemade food part which is part of my tradition, I exercise regularly, eat & sleep on time, I’m off all kinds of medications
My periods are spot on, I’ve lost weight, I look good & get compliments..
It takes time to lose weight, it’s a process of self awareness & it’s about living a fulfilling lifestyle!
What Rujuta says completely resonates with me!

yes, lot of things have been changing, slowly.... silently.... people come forward to choose right food. This is true for sustainable development also. The people like us who were searching a profound guru in matter of health, food, life, she is all in all a modern yet classic guide. Indirectly she become a voice of the environment activists. The last thing remains in the hand of any government , that is the natural wealth.... what they can sale or compromise.

Even though I’m seeing this video today (25.01.2023), I’m happy to say it has been a while since I’ve stopped listening to people about this diet it that, n decided to follow what Rujuta has been saying for so long. I’m at peace wid myself, feel better physically (even though weight is stagnant), n unwavering in my wisdom to follow what my heart desires which is what she advises! Thank you Rujuta!

I believe the "Wisdom" she shares is really dangerous.
I was following her religiously since 2009. I developed all sorts of problems, hormonal mainly. I developed Hypothyroidism and was borderline diabetic. My mind was always foggy. In 2018, I got rid of the "Portions" nonsense and started eating three nutritious meals a day and I eat a lot in each meal.
My life changed. Mostly I am much more clearer in my mind.
And I notice that I am eating much more clean food. I don't have to strain my brain about what to eat every two hours. I also lost weight but that's a side effect. I have way higher energy and I am happier.
      People around me notice it.
I wish she just retired and stopped giving this nonsense "gyan."
