    Rujuta is 100% right. I used to eat a lot of outside food and cold drinks. It was supposed to be cool and it is easily accessible. Now I have weight issues and diabetes. Learnt the hard way that our Indian food is the best. Changing my eating habits at 32 is difficult but I am doing it. 😐

    No matter how much I share your video, the people who have their minds hardwired on terms like "too thin", "too fat" are never going to change. My son is 5-1/2 he has a good diet. He takes 2 glasses of milk with jaggery and eats all vegetables and fruits, no fuss... Has 3 good meals a day. But he is too thin... My husband knows he eats well, but would constantly keep chanting everyday, "ye Kitna patla hai, ye Kitna patla hai...." Every one who visits keeps saying, "isko pediasure pilao, Kitna kamzor hai"... I am fed up... Isn't it genetic too? I was stick thin, even when I would eat food of 4 people... My husband was thin... Why don't people understand?? They keep seeing obese children and keep calling my son malnutritioned kid... It's hurtful... I am surprised to see other kids who gorge 2 packets of chips every day and eat garlic breads in the name of lunch... They are pink n plump...

      Like she said its a fifty year investment. Let people talk. Your child is eating nutritious is fit and healthy compared to other kids and this will definitely show in the long run.

    Yes other diets do work. No one has denied that. You will see instant results. But in the long run you need to be fit and healthy for years which is what she is advocating. Its not just about weight loss but health gain

    Don't lose your mind lose your weight is also very good book ,book burst the lot of myth behind the food. Giving values to local food is very significant.
    This video is also packed with lots of (nutrient) valuable informations.

    Totally Irrelevant stuff on 'intermittent fasting' by RD. I am doing it since last 6 months. I eat at 1 pm and then at 6 pm. I have lost 8 Kgs and my tummy has reduced in size. I am adapted to fat burning. Now, it has become my lifestyle.
